సెప్టెంబర్ 14 రాత్రి బండ్లగూడలోని సుప్రీమ్ వైన్స్ పరిధిలో నయీమ్పై దాడి జరిగింది. మిరపపొడి కళ్లలో చల్లి వెంబడించి, కొడవలి, ఇనుప పాన్ వంటి వస్తువులతో దాడి చేసినట్లు పోలీసుల దర్యాప్తులో వెల్లడైనట్లు నివేదికలు తెలిపాయి.
పోలీసుల ప్రకారం, గత విభేదాలు, పరస్పర బెదిరింపులు, వ్యక్తిగత వైరం నేపథ్యంలో హత్యకు కుట్ర జరిగినట్లు దర్యాప్తులో తేలింది. నిందితులు సెప్టెంబర్ 13న ఖమ్మంలో సమావేశమై హత్యకు సంబంధించిన ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించినట్లు పోలీసుల దర్యాప్తు వివరాలను ఉటంకిస్తూ నివేదికలు పేర్కొన్నాయి.
ఈ కేసులో సయ్యద్ రబ్బానీ, ఓట్ల దినకర్, వొలిపొల్ల మహేశ్, రసుముల్ల సాకేత్, అలకుంట వెంకట్, కొడిగంటి రాఘవేందర్ అలియాస్ రఘు, వల్లపదాసు చరణ్ గౌడ్, మహ్మద్ బద్రుల్లా హుస్సేన్ అలియాస్ బద్రీ, తొడేటి వెంకటేశ్లను అరెస్ట్ చేసినట్లు తాజా నివేదికలు తెలిపాయి. మరో నలుగురు నిందితులు పరారీలో ఉన్నట్లు పోలీసులు పేర్కొన్నారు.
దర్యాప్తులో ఒక వేట కొడవలి, ఇనుప పాన్, సుత్తి, టయోటా కారు, గ్లామర్ మోటార్సైకిల్, సుజుకి యాక్సెస్ స్కూటర్ను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నట్లు సమాచారం. నాగోల్ పోలీస్స్టేషన్లో భారతీయ న్యాయ సంహిత (BNS) సెక్షన్ 103(2) కింద కేసు నమోదైంది.

The Nagole murder case under the Medchal–Malkajgiri Commissionerate was cracked within 24 hours by the LB Nagar Zone Special Operations Team (SOT) and Nagole Police. Under the supervision of Malkajgiri Commissioner of Police B. Sumathi, IPS, police arrested eight accused persons in connection with the case, according to the police update shared by Nagole Police.
According to the investigation, the murder was allegedly planned following earlier disputes and threats. Further details of the case are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
Nayeem was attacked on the night of September 14 at the Supreme Wines premises in Bandlaguda under Nagole Police Station limits. Police investigation reportedly found that chilli powder was thrown into his eyes before he was chased and attacked with a hunting sickle and other objects.
According to the police investigation cited in the reports, the murder was allegedly linked to previous disputes, rivalry and threats between the accused and the victim. The suspects allegedly met in Khammam on September 13 and discussed the plan before returning to Hyderabad, the reports said.
The arrested persons were identified as Syed Rabbani, O. Dinakar, Volipolla Mahesh, Rasumla Saketh, Alukunta Venkat, Kodiganti Raghavender alias Raghu, Vallapadasu Charan Goud, Mohammed Badrula Hussain alias Badri and Thodeti Venkatesh. Four other suspects are reportedly absconding.
Police reportedly seized a hunting sickle, an iron pan, a hammer, a Toyota vehicle, a Glamour motorcycle and a Suzuki Access scooter in connection with the investigation. A case was registered at Nagole Police Station under Section 103(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
