ఇన్వెస్ట్ తెలంగాణ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్కు రాజ్నాథ్ సింగ్కు సీఎం రేవంత్ ఆహ్వానం
హైదరాబాద్లో డిసెంబర్ 7 నుంచి 9 వరకు నిర్వహించనున్న ఇన్వెస్ట్ తెలంగాణ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్-2026కు కేంద్ర రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రి రాజ్నాథ్ సింగ్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆహ్వానించారు. సమ్మిట్లో భాగంగా నిర్వహించనున్న డిఫెన్స్ ఎక్స్పో-2026కు ఆయన ప్రారంభకర్తగా హాజరుకావాలని కోరారు.
ఢిల్లీలో కేంద్ర రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రి రాజ్నాథ్ సింగ్తో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పలువురు ఎంపీలు, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతినిధులతో కలిసి భేటీ అయ్యారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఇన్వెస్ట్ తెలంగాణ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్, డిఫెన్స్ ఎక్స్పో-2026తో పాటు రాష్ట్రానికి సంబంధించిన పలు అంశాలపై చర్చించారు.
భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో నిర్వహించనున్న డిఫెన్స్ ఎక్స్పోలో ఏరోస్పేస్, డిఫెన్స్, స్పేస్ రంగాలపై ప్రత్యేక సదస్సుతో పాటు ఎయిర్షో, పారిశ్రామిక ప్రదర్శన, భూ రక్షణ వ్యవస్థల ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రదర్శనలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు సీఎం తెలిపారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా రక్షణ రంగ పరిశ్రమలు, స్టార్టప్లు, యువ శాస్త్రవేత్తలు పాల్గొనే ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రి హాజరై మార్గనిర్దేశం చేస్తే స్ఫూర్తిదాయకంగా ఉంటుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
డిఫెన్స్ ఎక్స్పో-2026ను అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలతో నిర్వహించేందుకు కేంద్ర రక్షణ శాఖ సహకరించాలని సీఎం కోరారు. ఎయిర్షోకు అవసరమైన గగనతల అనుమతులు మంజూరు చేయడంతో పాటు భారత వైమానిక దళానికి చెందిన విమానాలు, సూర్యకిరణ్, సారంగ్ ఏరోబాటిక్ బృందాలు పాల్గొనేలా సహకరించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. స్టాటిక్ ఎయిర్క్రాఫ్ట్ ప్రదర్శనకు కూడా సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
భారత త్రివిధ దళాలకు చెందిన అత్యాధునిక రక్షణ వ్యవస్థలను ప్రదర్శనలో ఏర్పాటు చేయడంతో పాటు ఆయా దళాల ఉన్నతాధికారులు, ప్రతినిధులు భాగస్వాములు కావాలని సీఎం కోరారు. హెచ్ఏఎల్, బీఈఎల్, బీడీఎల్, ఎండీఎల్ వంటి రక్షణ ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థలు, డీఆర్డీఓ ప్రయోగశాలలు విస్తృతంగా పాల్గొని స్వదేశీ రక్షణ సాంకేతికతను ప్రదర్శించాలని తెలిపారు. విదేశీ రక్షణ శాఖల ప్రతినిధులు, ద్వైపాక్షిక రక్షణ ప్రతినిధి బృందాలు, అంతర్జాతీయ రక్షణ సంస్థల ప్రతినిధులతో సమావేశాలకు కేంద్ర రక్షణ శాఖ సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
ఆదిలాబాద్ విమానాశ్రయానికి సంబంధించి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే 750 ఎకరాల భూసేకరణ చేపట్టిందని సీఎం వివరించారు. రక్షణ శాఖ కోరిన మొత్తం 1,500 ఎకరాలకు అనుగుణంగా మరో 750 ఎకరాలు సేకరించి ఇచ్చేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉందని తెలిపారు.
మహబూబ్నగర్ జిల్లా దేవరకద్ర మండలంలో డీఆర్డీఎల్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో చేపట్టనున్న ప్రాజెక్టుకు 416.18 ఎకరాల భూమిని కేటాయించేందుకు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పారిశ్రామిక మౌలిక సదుపాయాల సంస్థ (టీజీఐఐసీ) ఇప్పటికే అంగీకరించిందని సీఎం చెప్పారు. ఎకరానికి కాకుండా మొత్తం భూమికి సంవత్సరానికి రూ.1 నామమాత్రపు లీజు అద్దెతో 33 సంవత్సరాల కాలానికి భూమిని కేటాయించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. అవసరమైతే మరో రెండు పర్యాయాలు లీజును పొడిగించుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని వివరించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో రాష్ట్ర శక్తి శాఖ మంత్రి వివేక్ వెంకటస్వామి, ఎంపీలు అడ్డూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్, డాక్టర్ మల్లు రవి, సురేష్ షెట్కార్, పోరిక బలరాం నాయక్, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు (ప్రొటోకాల్) హర్కర రఘురామారావు, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సంజయ్ జాజు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy invites Rajnath Singh to Invest Telangana Global Summit 2026
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy invited Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh to attend the Invest Telangana Global Summit-2026, scheduled to be held from December 7 to 9 at Bharat Future City. He also requested the Union Minister to inaugurate Defence Expo-2026 being organised as part of the summit.
During a meeting with Rajnath Singh in New Delhi, the Chief Minister discussed the proposed Defence Expo and several issues related to defence infrastructure and projects in Telangana.
The Defence Expo will feature a dedicated conference on aerospace, defence and space, along with an air show, industrial exhibition and live demonstrations of land-based defence systems. The Chief Minister sought the Defence Ministry’s cooperation in making the event an international-standard exhibition.
He requested necessary airspace clearances for the air show and support for participation by Indian Air Force aircraft, along with the Suryakiran and Sarang aerobatic teams. He also sought assistance for a static aircraft display and participation of senior representatives from the Army, Navy and Air Force.
The Chief Minister urged defence public sector undertakings, including HAL, BEL, BDL and MDL, as well as DRDO laboratories, to participate extensively and showcase indigenous defence technologies. He also sought the Defence Ministry’s support for meetings with foreign defence officials, bilateral defence delegations and representatives of international defence companies.
On Adilabad Airport, Revanth Reddy informed the Union Defence Minister that the state government had already undertaken land acquisition for 750 acres. He said Telangana was prepared to acquire and provide another 750 acres, taking the total to the 1,500 acres sought by the Defence Ministry.
The Chief Minister also stated that TGIIC had agreed to allot 416.18 acres in Devarakadra mandal of Mahabubnagar district for a prestigious project to be undertaken by DRDL. The land is proposed to be leased for 33 years at a nominal annual rent of Rs.1 for the entire parcel, with an option for two further lease extensions if required.
The meeting was attended by Telangana Energy Minister Vivek Venkataswamy, MPs Adduri Lakshman Kumar, Dr Mallu Ravi, Suresh Shetkar and Porika Balram Naik, State Government Adviser (Protocol) Harkara Rao, Telangana Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju and other officials.
