సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ కార్యాలయంలో రాష్ట్ర వైద్య, ఆరోగ్యశాఖ మంత్రి దామోదర్ రాజనర్సింహ అధ్యక్షతన ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో వైద్య, విద్య, సాగునీరు, తాగునీరు, వ్యవసాయం, రెవెన్యూ, మహిళా-శిశు సంక్షేమ శాఖల పనితీరును సమీక్షించి జిల్లాలో చేపడుతున్న అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలపై చర్చించారు.
జోగిపేట ఘటనపై మంత్రి ఆగ్రహం
జోగిపేట ఏరియా ఆస్పత్రిలో డ్యూటీ డాక్టర్ స్థానంలో మరో వ్యక్తి వైద్య సేవలు అందించిన ఘటనపై మంత్రి తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై జిల్లా వైద్య ఆరోగ్యశాఖ (DCHS) అధికారులు, ఆస్పత్రి సూపరింటెండెంట్ నుంచి వివరణ కోరుతూ బాధ్యులపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించారు.
వైద్య సేవల బలోపేతంపై దృష్టి
కంకోల్, సింగీతం ప్రాథమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాల (PHCs) ప్రారంభంపై సమీక్ష నిర్వహించిన మంత్రి, బర్దిపూర్, సుల్తాన్పూర్, నేరడిగుంట PHC భవన నిర్మాణ పనులను వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
జిల్లాలో డెంగ్యూ, మలేరియా, చికున్గున్యా వంటి సీజనల్ వ్యాధుల పరిస్థితిపై వివరాలు అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఆస్పత్రుల్లో మందులు, వైద్య పరికరాలు, అవసరమైన మౌలిక వసతులు ఎల్లప్పుడూ అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
**సంగారెడ్డి నర్సింగ్ కాలేజీ, పటాన్చెరు సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆస్పత్రి, జహీరాబాద్ మదర్ అండ్ చైల్డ్ హాస్పిటల్ (MCH)**లను త్వరలో ప్రారంభించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు. సంగారెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వ జనరల్ ఆస్పత్రి (GGH), మెడికల్ కాలేజీలో మందుల లభ్యతపై నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ ఉండాలని ఆదేశించారు.
విద్యాశాఖపై సమీక్ష
జిల్లాలో సుమారు 1.30 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ విద్యాసంస్థల్లో చదువుతున్నట్లు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు తెలిపారు. అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం అమలులో ఉందని, కంది, పటాన్చెరు, సంగారెడ్డి మండలాల్లో విద్యార్థులకు అల్పాహారం కూడా అందిస్తున్నట్లు వివరించారు.
కేజీబీవీలు, మోడల్ స్కూల్స్, జెడ్పీ హైస్కూల్స్, అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రాలు, పీహెచ్సీలలో తాగునీరు, పారిశుద్ధ్యం, మరుగుదొడ్ల ఏర్పాటు పై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని మంత్రి ఆదేశించారు.
సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్లపై ఆదేశాలు
ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనారిటీ సంక్షేమ హాస్టళ్ల పనితీరును సమీక్షించిన మంత్రి, హాస్టల్ భవనాల నిర్మాణ పనులు వేగవంతం చేయాలని, అద్దె భవనాల్లో కొనసాగుతున్న హాస్టళ్లకు శాశ్వత భవనాల ఏర్పాటుపై కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
రేషన్ కార్డుల పంపిణీకి సిద్ధం కావాలి
ఈ నెల 15న ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా పర్యటన నేపథ్యంలో కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డుల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమానికి అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేయాలని అధికారులకు మంత్రి సూచించారు.
తాగునీటి సరఫరాపై కార్యాచరణ
మంజీర, సింగూరు ప్రాజెక్టుల నీటి నిల్వలపై సమీక్షించిన మంత్రి, బోరంచ, భూచారెడ్డిపల్లి ఇంటేక్ వెల్ల ద్వారా నీటి సరఫరా పరిస్థితిని అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. రానున్న రోజుల్లో తాగునీటి సమస్యలు తలెత్తకుండా ముందస్తు కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
మెదక్ జిల్లాలో 876 గ్రామాలు, సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాలో 852 గ్రామాలు, అలాగే 9 మున్సిపాలిటీలు మరియు జుక్కల్, బాన్సువాడ నియోజకవర్గాల పరిధిలోని 472 గ్రామాలకు నిరంతర తాగునీటి సరఫరా ఉండేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

Telangana Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha chaired a high-level review meeting at the Sangareddy Collectorate to assess the implementation of programmes in the Health, Education, Irrigation, Drinking Water, Agriculture, Revenue and Women & Child Welfare departments.
The Minister expressed serious concern over the incident at Jogipet Area Hospital, where an unauthorised individual allegedly worked in place of the duty doctor. He sought an explanation from the District Coordinator of Health Services (DCHS) and the hospital superintendent, directing strict action against those responsible.
He reviewed the progress of Kankol and Singitam PHCs and instructed officials to expedite construction of PHCs at Bardipur, Sultanpur and Neradigunta. He also reviewed the district’s preparedness against seasonal diseases, including dengue, malaria and chikungunya, directing officials to ensure adequate availability of medicines, medical equipment and infrastructure.
The Minister instructed officials to expedite the inauguration of the Sangareddy Nursing College, Patancheru Super Speciality Hospital and Zaheerabad Mother & Child Hospital. He also stressed continuous monitoring of medicine availability at the Sangareddy Government General Hospital and Medical College.
Reviewing the Education Department, officials informed that nearly 1.30 lakh students are studying in government institutions across the district. The Minister directed special attention towards KGBVs, Model Schools, drinking water facilities, sanitation and toilets in schools, PHCs and Anganwadi centres.
He also reviewed the functioning of SC, ST, BC and Minority Welfare Hostels and directed officials to improve infrastructure and accelerate hostel building construction.
Ahead of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s proposed Sangareddy visit on August 15, the Minister instructed officials to complete preparations for the distribution of new ration cards.
Reviewing drinking water supply, he sought details on water levels in the Manjeera and Singur projects and instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply across Medak, Sangareddy and nearby regions.
