తెలంగాణలో ఉద్యోగాల కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న నిరుద్యోగులకు టీజీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీ నుంచి కీలక అప్‌డేట్ వచ్చింది. సంస్థలో సిబ్బంది కొరతను తగ్గించి, ప్రస్తుతం పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులపై పనిభారం తగ్గించేందుకు 4,538 పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టనున్నట్లు రవాణా శాఖ మంత్రి పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ తెలిపారు. ఈ నియామకాలపై ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు ఆయన వెల్లడించారు.
టీజీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీ యూనియన్ ఎన్నికల నేపథ్యంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నేతలతో నిర్వహించిన వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌లో మంత్రి పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలపై మాట్లాడారు. సిబ్బంది కొరత కారణంగా ప్రస్తుతం పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులపై అదనపు పనిభారం పడుతోందని, దీనిని తగ్గించేందుకు కొత్త నియామకాలు చేపట్టనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
అయితే 4,538 పోస్టులకు సంబంధించిన అధికారిక నియామక నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల తేదీని ప్రభుత్వం ఇంకా ప్రకటించలేదు. కాబట్టి అభ్యర్థులు నోటిఫికేషన్ కోసం అధికారిక టీజీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీ లేదా సంబంధిత ప్రభుత్వ ప్రకటనలను మాత్రమే ఆధారంగా తీసుకోవాలి.
ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించిన దీర్ఘకాలిక ఆర్థిక, సర్వీస్ సమస్యలను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం పరిష్కరిస్తోందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. 2017 పీఆర్‌సీకి సంబంధించిన పెండింగ్ బకాయిలు, డీఏ బకాయిలతో పాటు 2013 నుంచి పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న బాండ్లను క్లియర్ చేసినట్లు ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఉద్యోగుల ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ బకాయిలను కూడా తగ్గించినట్లు మంత్రి తెలిపారు. గతంలో రూ.1,205 కోట్లుగా ఉన్న పీఎఫ్ బకాయిలు రూ.600 కోట్లకు తగ్గాయని, సీసీఎస్ బకాయిలు రూ.690 కోట్ల నుంచి రూ.300 కోట్లకు తగ్గినట్లు వివరించారు. బకాయిల చెల్లింపుల కోసం ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి నెలా రూ.75 కోట్లు చెల్లిస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు.
దీర్ఘకాలంగా పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న కారుణ్య నియామకాలపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటోందని మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. 1,134 కారుణ్య నియామకాల ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగుతోందని తెలిపారు. వివిధ కారణాలతో గతంలో శాశ్వతంగా ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోయిన సుమారు 250 మంది ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులను తిరిగి విధుల్లోకి తీసుకున్నట్లు కూడా పేర్కొన్నారు.
మొత్తంగా టీజీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీలో 4,538 పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రకటన ఉద్యోగార్థుల్లో ఆసక్తిని పెంచుతోంది. అయితే పోస్టుల కేటగిరీలు, విద్యార్హతలు, వయోపరిమితి, దరఖాస్తు తేదీలు, పరీక్ష విధానం, ఫీజు వంటి వివరాలు అధికారిక నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడిన తర్వాతే స్పష్టమవుతాయి.

Job aspirants in Telangana have received a significant update from the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation. Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has said that the government is taking steps to recruit 4,538 staff members in TGSRTC to address manpower shortages and reduce the workload on existing employees.
The minister spoke about the recruitment plans during a video conference with Congress leaders held in connection with the TGSRTC union elections. He said the shortage of staff had increased the workload on existing employees and that the government was working towards filling the additional posts.
However, the government has not yet officially announced a notification release date for the 4,538 posts. Candidates should therefore wait for the official recruitment notification before relying on information about application dates, eligibility or examination details.
The minister also said the government was addressing several long-pending financial and service-related issues of RTC employees. According to his statement, pending dues related to the 2017 PRC and dearness allowance, as well as bonds pending since 2013, had been cleared.
Ponnam Prabhakar also provided an update on employee-related dues. Provident Fund arrears, which were earlier around ₹1,205 crore, had been reduced to ₹600 crore, while CCS dues had declined from ₹690 crore to ₹300 crore, according to his statement. The government is paying ₹75 crore every month towards clearing these liabilities.
The government has also initiated the process for 1,134 compassionate appointments, the minister said. Around 250 RTC employees who had previously been permanently removed from service for various reasons were also taken back into duty, according to the minister’s statement.
