హైదరాబాద్లోని రవీంద్రభారతిలో నిర్వహించిన కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మరియు పలువురు మంత్రుల సమక్షంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు బీమా సౌకర్యం కల్పించేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 16 బ్యాంకులతో అవగాహనా ఒప్పందాలు (MoUs) కుదుర్చుకుంది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ, సింగరేణి ఉద్యోగులకు అమలు చేసిన బీమా విధానాన్ని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకుని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు కూడా భద్రత కల్పిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఉద్యోగి ఆకస్మికంగా మరణించినా లేదా ప్రమాదానికి గురైనా కుటుంబానికి ఆర్థిక అండగా నిలిచే విధంగా ఈ బీమా ఉపయోగపడుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
గతంలో ప్రభుత్వ ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితులు క్లిష్టంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ ప్రస్తుతం ప్రతి నెల మొదటి తేదీకే ఉద్యోగులకు జీతాలు చెల్లిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. రిటైర్మెంట్ బెనిఫిట్ల కోసం ఇప్పటికే విడతల వారీగా నిధులు విడుదల చేస్తున్నామని, ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు పీఆర్సీ అంశాన్ని కూడా పరిష్కరిస్తామని తెలిపారు.
రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి ఉద్యోగులు కీలక భాగస్వాములని పేర్కొన్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి, పన్నుల వసూళ్లలో పారదర్శకత, ప్రభుత్వ ఆదాయ వృద్ధి కోసం ఉద్యోగులు ప్రతిరోజూ అదనంగా ఒక గంట పని చేయాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. 2034 నాటికి తెలంగాణను 1 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు అందరి సహకారం అవసరమని అన్నారు.

The Telangana Government has launched a new insurance initiative for state government employees by signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with 16 banks, aiming to strengthen financial security for employees and their families.
Speaking at a programme held at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad, the Chief Minister said that it is the government’s responsibility not only to build confidence among employees but also to ensure their financial protection. The agreements were signed in the presence of the Deputy Chief Minister and other ministers.
The Chief Minister said the initiative draws inspiration from the insurance coverage extended to Singareni employees and will provide financial support to the families of government employees in the event of unforeseen incidents. He stated that the government should proactively protect employees without waiting for demands from staff associations.
He also highlighted that salaries are now being credited on the first day of every month and that retirement benefits are being released in phases as promised. The government remains committed to addressing the pending Pay Revision Commission (PRC) issue, he added.
Calling government employees the “brand ambassadors” of the state, the Chief Minister urged them to contribute towards increasing government revenue through efficient administration and tax compliance. He appealed for collective efforts to achieve the goal of making Telangana a $1 trillion economy by 2034.
