హైదరాబాద్, మల్కాజిగిరి, సైబరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ల పరిధిలో చేపడుతున్న అభివృద్ధి పనులను వేగవంతంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీ బోధి పెవిలియన్లో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో మున్సిపల్ పరిపాలన శాఖతో పాటు సంబంధిత విభాగాల అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
అభివృద్ధి పనులకు ముందుగా అవసరమైన భూసేకరణ పూర్తి చేయకుండా టెండర్లు పిలవకూడదని ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు. భూసేకరణ ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేసేందుకు ప్రత్యేక అధికారిని నియమించినట్లు తెలిపారు. మూడు మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ల పరిధిలో చేపట్టే ప్రాజెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన అనుమతుల కోసం అన్ని శాఖల అధికారులతో ప్రత్యేక సమన్వయ సమావేశం నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
సైబరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్న మాజీ ప్రధానమంత్రి మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ విగ్రహం, సంబంధిత జంక్షన్ అభివృద్ధి పనులను త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలని హెచ్ఎండీఏ అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా నేషనల్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ అర్బన్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ (NIUM) భవన నమూనా, మల్కాజిగిరి మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయ భవన నమూనాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి పరిశీలించి పలు సాంకేతిక సూచనలు చేశారు.
సమావేశంలో మున్సిపల్ వ్యవహారాల శాఖ కార్యదర్శి టీకే శ్రీదేవి, ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యదర్శి మాణిక్ రాజ్, GHMC కమిషనర్ ఆర్వీ కర్ణన్, సైబరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ జి. సృజన, మల్కాజిగిరి కమిషనర్ టి. వినయ్ కృష్ణారెడ్డి, హైడ్రా కమిషనర్ రంగనాథ్, MRDCL మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ ఈవీ నరసింహారెడ్డి, HMWSSB మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ కె. అశోక్ రెడ్డి తదితర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed officials to expedite ongoing development works across the Hyderabad, Malkajgiri, and Cyberabad Municipal Corporations during a review meeting held at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion.
The Chief Minister instructed officials not to invite tenders before completing the required land acquisition process. He stated that a dedicated officer has already been appointed to accelerate land acquisition and directed officials to conduct a special coordination meeting involving all concerned departments to ensure timely project approvals.
He also instructed HMDA officials to speed up the construction of the junction and installation of the statue of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation limits.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister reviewed the architectural models of the National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM) building and the proposed Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation building and offered several suggestions for improvement.
Senior officials, including Municipal Administration Secretary TK Sridevi, Chief Minister’s Secretary Manik Raj, GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan, Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner G. Srujana, Malkajgiri Municipal Commissioner T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, HYDRAA Commissioner Ranganath, MRDCL Managing Director EV Narasimha Reddy, HMWSSB Managing Director K. Ashok Reddy, and other officials attended the meeting.
