BC Students Federation demands Centre to pass Telangana BC Bill and include it in 9th Schedule of Constitution
తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఆమోదించిన బీసీ బిల్లును కేంద్రం పార్లమెంట్ వర్షాకాల సమావేశాల్లో ప్రవేశపెట్టి, రాజ్యాంగంలోని తొమ్మిదవ షెడ్యూల్లో చేర్చాలని బీసీ స్టూడెంట్స్ ఫెడరేషన్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు కొమ్మనబోయిన సైదులు యాదవ్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
Kommanaboina Saidulu Yadav, state president of BC Students Federation, has demanded the Central Government to table and approve the BC Bill passed by the Telangana Cabinet in the upcoming monsoon session of Parliament and include it in the 9th Schedule of the Constitution.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఉస్మానియా యూనివర్సిటీ ఆర్ట్స్ కళాశాల వద్ద నిరసన నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, బీసీలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలన్న ఉద్దేశంతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బిల్లును ఆమోదించి రాష్ట్రపతికి పంపిందన్నారు. కానీ ఇప్పటిదాకా కేంద్రం చర్య తీసుకోలేదని విమర్శించారు.
He led a protest at the Arts College premises of Osmania University. Speaking at the protest, Saidulu stated that the Telangana government had already approved and sent the BC Bill to the President with the aim of implementing 42% reservations for BCs. He criticized the Central Government for its inaction so far.
బిల్లును 9వ షెడ్యూల్లో చేర్చడం ద్వారా బీసీల రిజర్వేషన్లపై ఎలాంటి చట్టపరమైన చిక్కులు లేకుండా భవిష్యత్తులో అమలయ్యేలా చేయవచ్చని వివరించారు. తెలంగాణలోని బీజేపీ ఎంపీలు తమ వైఖరిని వెల్లడించాలన్నారు. బీసీ హక్కుల పరిరక్షణకు కేంద్రంపై వారు ఒత్తిడి తేవాలని కోరారు.
He added that including the BC Bill in the 9th Schedule would ensure its legal protection and smooth implementation in the future. He urged BJP MPs from Telangana to clarify their stance on the issue and pressurize the Union Government to approve the bill.
