తెలంగాణలో విద్యా రంగంలో ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ వినియోగాన్ని విస్తరించేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. ప్రాథమిక విద్య నుంచి వైద్య, సాంకేతిక విద్య వరకు ఏఐ ఆధారిత బోధన, నైపుణ్యాల అభివృద్ధిపై ప్రత్యేక కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
జూబ్లీహిల్స్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసంలో నిర్వహించిన ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో రిజర్వ్ బ్యాంక్ మాజీ గవర్నర్ Raghuram Rajan వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ ద్వారా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, మంత్రి Duddilla Sridhar Babuతో పాటు పలువురు ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీలు, అడ్వాన్స్డ్ ట్రైనింగ్ సెంటర్లను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఏఐ వినియోగంతో పాటు మధ్యస్థాయి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను పెంచేందుకు ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారిస్తున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
సరైన విధంగా ఏఐని వినియోగిస్తే సమాజానికి విస్తృత ప్రయోజనం ఉంటుందని రఘురామ్ రాజన్ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. తమిళనాడు తరహా పారిశ్రామిక విధానం అమలు చేస్తే తెలంగాణకు మరిన్ని పెట్టుబడులు వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందని సూచించారు.
డేటా సెంటర్ల విస్తరణకు విద్యుత్, నీటి అవసరాలు భారీగా పెరుగుతాయని ఆయన హెచ్చరించారు. అలాగే నైపుణ్యాల అభివృద్ధి, స్టార్టప్ల ప్రోత్సాహం, మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధిపై పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి భట్టి విక్రమార్క మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్రంలో పరిశ్రమలకు అవసరమైన భూమి, మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, విద్యుత్, రహదారి అనుసంధానం అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయని వివరించారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం #CURE, #PURE, #RARE విధానాలతో అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తోందని తెలిపారు.
తెలంగాణను దేశంలో ఏఐ, డేటా సెంటర్లు, ఐటీ, ఫార్మా రంగాల హబ్గా తీర్చిదిద్దే దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్లు అధికార వర్గాలు పేర్కొన్నాయి.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has announced plans to form a high-level expert committee to study the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the education system, from primary schooling to technical and medical education.
The decision was discussed during a high-level meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence in Jubilee Hills, where former Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan participated through video conference. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, and senior officials also attended the meeting.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the Telangana government is focusing on developing Skills Universities and Advanced Training Centres to create middle-level employment opportunities aligned with AI and emerging technologies.
Raghuram Rajan stated that proper use of AI could bring long-term benefits to society and economic growth. He also suggested that Telangana could attract more industrial investments by adopting policies similar to Tamil Nadu’s industrial development model.
During the discussion, Rajan highlighted that large-scale Data Centers would require substantial electricity and water resources. He also stressed the importance of improving human resource development, skill training, nutrition, and startup support systems.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said Telangana already has strong industrial infrastructure, including land availability, electricity generation capacity, international airport connectivity, and the Outer Ring Road network.
Officials said the Telangana government is aiming to position the state as a major national hub for AI, IT, Pharma, Data Centers, and startup-driven economic growth in the coming years.
