Duddilla Sripada Rao Central Hall Inaugurated
దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీపాదరావు పేరుతో అసెంబ్లీ సెంట్రల్ హాల్ ప్రారంభం
తెలంగాణ శాసనసభ ప్రాంగణంలో నూతనంగా నిర్మించిన సెంట్రల్ హాల్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సోమవారం ప్రారంభించారు. దివంగత మాజీ శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీపాదరావు పేరు మీదుగా ఈ హాల్కు నామకరణం చేశారు.
పార్లమెంట్ సెంట్రల్ హాల్ తరహాలో రూపొందించిన ఈ కొత్త ప్రాంగణ ప్రారంభోత్సవంలో శాసనమండలి చైర్మన్ గుత్తా సుఖేందర్ రెడ్డి, శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ గడ్డం ప్రసాద్ కుమార్, శాసనసభా వ్యవహారాల శాఖ మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు, పలువురు మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీపాదరావు చిత్రపటానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి, ఇతర ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు నివాళులర్పించారు. అనంతరం ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి శాసనసభ సభ్యులతో కలిసి సెంట్రల్ హాల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన బ్రేక్ఫాస్ట్ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
అసెంబ్లీ, శాసనమండలి ఒకే భవనంలో కొనసాగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో కొత్త సెంట్రల్ హాల్ను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. శాసనసభా కార్యక్రమాలు, అధికారిక సమావేశాలకు ఈ హాల్ను వినియోగించనున్నారు.
Duddilla Sripada Rao Central Hall Inaugurated at Telangana Assembly
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday inaugurated the newly constructed Central Hall at the Telangana Legislative Assembly premises. The hall has been named after late former Assembly Speaker Duddilla Sripada Rao.
The inauguration was attended by Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy, Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Legislative Affairs Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, along with several ministers, MLAs and MLCs. The new facility has been developed along the lines of the Parliament Central Hall.
During the programme, the Chief Minister and other public representatives paid floral tributes to the portrait of Duddilla Sripada Rao. Revanth Reddy later joined legislators for a breakfast programme at the newly inaugurated hall.
The Central Hall has been established in view of the Assembly and Legislative Council functioning from the same complex. The facility is expected to serve as a venue for legislative and official programmes
