మల్కాజ్గిరి పోలీసింగ్లో సాంకేతికత ఆధారిత నిఘా, ముందస్తు చర్యలకు మరో కీలక సాధనం చేరింది. TG QUEST కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా సుమారు రూ.10 లక్షల విలువైన DJI Matrice 4T డ్రోన్ను టెక్నాలజీపై ఆసక్తి ఉన్న హర్ష మల్కాజ్గిరి పోలీసులకు విరాళంగా అందించారు.
ఈ డ్రోన్లో AI ఆధారిత సామర్థ్యాలు, థర్మల్ ఇమేజింగ్, రాత్రి వేళల్లో నిఘా, గుంపుల పర్యవేక్షణ, సెర్చ్ అండ్ రెస్క్యూ వంటి సాంకేతిక సదుపాయాలు ఉన్నాయి. వీటి ద్వారా నేరాల నివారణ, అనుమానాస్పద కార్యకలాపాలపై నిఘా, అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో శీఘ్ర స్పందనకు పోలీసులకు అదనపు సామర్థ్యం లభించనుంది.
సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని వినియోగిస్తూ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ ఆధారిత, స్మార్ట్ పోలీసింగ్ను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడంలో ఈ డ్రోన్ ఉపయోగపడనుంది. ముఖ్యంగా రాత్రి నిఘా, పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ప్రజలు ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల పర్యవేక్షణ, శోధన మరియు రక్షణ చర్యల్లో ఇది కీలకంగా మారనుంది.

Malkajgiri Police have added a new technology-enabled tool to strengthen surveillance and preventive policing. As part of TG QUEST, a DJI Matrice 4T drone worth around ₹10 lakh was donated to Malkajgiri Police by Harsha, a technology enthusiast.
The advanced drone is equipped with AI-enabled capabilities, thermal imaging, night surveillance, crowd monitoring, and search-and-rescue features. These capabilities are expected to enhance police response, surveillance and preventive measures in different operational situations.
The drone will support intelligence-led and technology-driven policing, particularly in night-time surveillance, monitoring areas with large gatherings, identifying activity in difficult-to-access locations, and supporting search-and-rescue operations during emergencies.
Malkajgiri Police Commissioner B. Sumathi appreciated Harsha for contributing technology in support of public safety. The initiative highlights the growing use of advanced technological tools to strengthen policing and improve operational capabilities.
The integration of drone technology under TG QUEST is aimed at strengthening preventive policing and enabling faster, more informed responses while supporting safer communities.
