తెలంగాణలోని ప్రతి గ్రామానికి ప్రత్యేక వెబ్సైట్ అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావడానికి ప్రభుత్వం డిజిటల్ పంచాయతీల కార్యక్రమాన్ని చేపడుతోంది. ‘రైజింగ్ తెలంగాణ-2047’ లక్ష్యంలో భాగంగా పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని అమలు చేస్తున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం తెలిపింది.
తొలి దశలో ప్రతి జిల్లాకు ఒకటి చొప్పున 31 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు ప్రత్యేక వెబ్సైట్లను ప్రారంభించేందుకు అధికారులు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ వెబ్సైట్లను ఆగస్టు 21న మంత్రి సీతక్క ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు అందించిన సమాచారంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
తొలి దశ అనంతరం ఆగస్టు నెలాఖరుకు ప్రతి శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గానికి ఒక వెబ్సైట్ చొప్పున అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. సెప్టెంబర్ నెలాఖరుకు రాష్ట్రంలోని మొత్తం 12,760 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు సొంత వెబ్సైట్లు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావాలని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించింది.
గ్రామాల వెబ్సైట్లలో జనాభా, ఇళ్ల సంఖ్య, రేషన్ కార్డులు, పెన్షనర్లు, దివ్యాంగుల వివరాలు వంటి సమాచారంతో పాటు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారుల సంప్రదింపు నంబర్లను అందుబాటులో ఉంచనున్నారు.
అలాగే గ్రామంలోని రహదారులు, తాగునీటి సదుపాయాలు, వీధిదీపాలు, స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు సంబంధించిన సమాచారాన్ని కూడా వెబ్సైట్లలో పొందుపరచనున్నారు. గ్రామ అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించిన మూడేళ్ల ప్రణాళికలు, వార్షిక బడ్జెట్ అంచనాలు, చేపట్టనున్న పనుల వివరాలను కూడా ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచనున్నారు.
గ్రామాల్లో డిజిటల్ మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు కంప్యూటర్లు, ఆప్టికల్ ఫైబర్, హైస్పీడ్ ఇంటర్నెట్ సౌకర్యాలను కల్పిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి దానకిశోర్ వెల్లడించిన వివరాల ప్రకారం, ఈ వ్యవస్థ ద్వారా గ్రామాలకు సంబంధించిన సమాచారాన్ని ప్రపంచంలో ఎక్కడి నుంచైనా వీక్షించే అవకాశం కల్పించనున్నారు.

The Telangana government is planning to provide dedicated websites for every gram panchayat in the State as part of its digital panchayat initiative. The programme is being taken up by the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department under the broader ‘Rising Telangana-2047’ vision.
In the first phase, dedicated websites are planned for 31 gram panchayats, with one village panchayat selected from each district. According to the information provided, Minister Seethakka is scheduled to launch the first set of websites on August 21.
Following the first phase, the government plans to make one website available for each Assembly constituency by the end of August. The larger target is to provide dedicated websites for all 12,760 gram panchayats across Telangana by the end of September.
The websites are expected to provide information on village population, number of households, ration cards, pensioners and persons with disabilities. Contact details of elected representatives and officials will also be made available.
Information on roads, drinking water facilities, streetlights and self-help groups will also be incorporated. The websites are further expected to provide details of three-year village development plans, annual budget estimates and proposed development works.
To support the digital initiative, computers, optical-fibre connectivity and high-speed internet facilities are being provided in villages, according to the information shared. Panchayat Raj Department Special Chief Secretary Danakishore said the initiative would enable people to access village-level information from anywhere in the world.
