తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం విద్యార్థులకు కీలక శుభవార్త తెలిపింది. సీఎం Revanth Reddy అధ్యక్షతన సచివాలయంలో జరిగిన తెలంగాణ క్యాబినెట్ సమావేశంలో జూనియర్ కళాశాల విద్యార్థులకు మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం అమలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి ఈ పథకం అమల్లోకి తీసుకురానున్నట్లు సమాచారం.

అదేవిధంగా రాష్ట్రంలో అక్రమ మైనింగ్ వ్యవహారాలపై CBCID విచారణకు క్యాబినెట్ ఆమోదం తెలిపే అవకాశముందని అధికార వర్గాలు పేర్కొన్నాయి. పంటల మార్పిడి విధానంపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం యాక్షన్ ప్లాన్ సిద్ధం చేస్తోంది.

The Telangana Cabinet has approved the implementation of a midday meal scheme for junior college students in the state. The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat. Officials stated that the scheme is expected to be implemented from the next academic year.
The government has decided to extend the existing midday meal programme, currently available in schools, to junior colleges as well. The Cabinet also approved a proposal to provide breakfast and milk to students studying in government schools and junior colleges. The move is aimed at improving nutrition levels among students and increasing attendance in educational institutions across Telangana.
During the meeting, ministers also discussed power sector reforms, financial losses faced by DISCOMs, and government expenditure reduction measures. The Cabinet reportedly reviewed plans to implement the proposed farmer DISCOM system from June 2.
Discussions were also held on reducing electricity, petrol, and diesel consumption in government departments. The state government is likely to encourage the use of electric vehicles in official departments as part of energy-saving measures.
The Cabinet additionally reviewed issues related to illegal mining activities in the state and is expected to order a CBCID inquiry. Officials also discussed preparing an action plan on crop diversification to support sustainable agriculture practices in Telangana.
