దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఓటర్ల జాబితా ప్రత్యేక సమగ్ర సవరణ కార్యక్రమం (ఎస్ఐఆర్) మూడో దశ షెడ్యూల్ను కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ప్రకటించింది. ఈ దశలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణతో పాటు మొత్తం 16 రాష్ట్రాలు, 3 కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇంటింటి ఓటర్ ధృవీకరణ ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టనుంది.
తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో భారీ స్థాయిలో బూత్ స్థాయి అధికారులను రంగంలోకి దింపనున్నారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మూడో దశలో సుమారు 3 లక్షల 94 వేల మంది బీఎల్వోలు పనిచేయనున్నారు. వీరు 36 కోట్ల 73 లక్షల మందికిపైగా ఓటర్ల వివరాలను సేకరించనున్నారు.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో జూన్ 5 నుంచి 14 వరకు సిబ్బందికి శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు. అనంతరం జూన్ 15 నుంచి జూలై 14 వరకు ఇంటింటి సర్వే చేపడతారు. జూలై 21న ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితాను విడుదల చేయనున్నారు.
ఆ తర్వాత జూలై 21 నుంచి ఆగస్ట్ 20 వరకు అభ్యంతరాలు, సవరణలు స్వీకరించనున్నారు. తుది ఓటర్ల జాబితాను సెప్టెంబర్ 22న ప్రకటించనున్నట్లు ఎన్నికల సంఘం తెలిపింది.
ఇక తెలంగాణలో జూన్ 15 నుంచి 24 వరకు సిబ్బందికి శిక్షణ తరగతులు నిర్వహించనున్నారు. జూన్ 25 నుంచి జూలై 24 వరకు ఇంటింటి సర్వే కొనసాగనుంది. జూలై 31న ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితా విడుదల కానుంది.
తెలంగాణలో జూలై 31 నుంచి సెప్టెంబర్ 28 వరకు అభ్యంతరాల స్వీకరణ ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగనుంది. అనంతరం అక్టోబర్ 1న తుది ఓటర్ల జాబితాను ప్రకటించనున్నారు.
తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలతో పాటు కర్నాటక, మహారాష్ట్ర, హర్యానా, ఒడిశా, పంజాబ్, మేఘాలయ, మణిపూర్, నాగాలాండ్, మిజోరం, త్రిపుర తదితర రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా ఎస్ఐఆర్ మూడో దశ అమలు కానుంది. ఈ ప్రక్రియకు అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలు సహకరించాలని ఎన్నికల సంఘం విజ్ఞప్తి చేసింది.

The Election Commission of India has announced the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase 3 schedule for voter list verification across 16 states and three Union Territories, including Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
As part of the large-scale voter verification drive, nearly 3.94 lakh Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will participate across the country. Officials are expected to visit more than 36.73 crore voters during the door-to-door verification process.
In Andhra Pradesh, training for election staff will be conducted from June 5 to June 14. The house-to-house verification process will begin on June 15 and continue until July 14. The draft electoral roll will be published on July 21.
The Election Commission will accept objections and correction requests from July 21 to August 20 in Andhra Pradesh. The final voter list is scheduled to be released on September 22.
In Telangana, staff training sessions will be held from June 15 to June 24. The voter verification survey will continue from June 25 to July 24. The draft voter list will be published on July 31.
Objections and claims in Telangana will be accepted from July 31 to September 28. The final electoral roll for the state will be released on October 1.
Apart from the Telugu states, the SIR Phase 3 exercise will also be conducted in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Haryana, Odisha, Punjab, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and several other states. The Election Commission has appealed to all political parties to cooperate with the revision process.
