విద్యార్థులకు యూనిఫాంలు, ఇతర విద్యా సామగ్రి పంపిణీపై సీఎం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు, ప్రభుత్వ వసతి గృహాలు, రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు ఒక జత యూనిఫాం పంపిణీ పూర్తయిందని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. రెండో జతను సెప్టెంబర్ నెలాఖరులోగా అందజేస్తామని వివరించారు. కేజీబీవీలు, మోడల్ స్కూళ్ల విద్యార్థులకు ఇప్పటికే రెండు జతల యూనిఫాంలు అందించినట్లు తెలిపారు. విద్యార్థులందరికీ నోటు పుస్తకాల పంపిణీ పూర్తయిందని అధికారులు సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డికి వివరించారు. ప్రభుత్వ వసతి గృహాలు, రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలలు, కేజీబీవీలు, మోడల్ స్కూళ్ల విద్యార్థులకు ప్లేట్లు, గ్లాసులు, గిన్నెలు, స్పూన్లు, కప్పులు, కార్పెట్లు, బెడ్‌షీట్లు, టవళ్లు కూడా పంపిణీ చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం పాఠశాలలు పునఃప్రారంభమయ్యే తొలి రోజే యూనిఫాంలు, ఇతర అవసరమైన సామగ్రి విద్యార్థులకు అందేలా ముందుగానే కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయాలని సీఎం అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. వచ్చే ఏడాది విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య ప్రస్తుత సంఖ్యతో పోలిస్తే సుమారు 10 శాతం పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉందని, దానికి అనుగుణంగా అవసరమైన సామగ్రిని ముందుగానే సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to explore more attractive colours and a wider variety of designs for uniforms supplied to students in government educational institutions from the next academic year. He issued the directions during a review meeting on the distribution of uniforms and other educational materials on September 19. The Times of India

Officials informed the Chief Minister that one set of uniforms had already been distributed to students of government schools, government hostels and residential schools. The second set is scheduled to be supplied by the end of September. Students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) and Model Schools have already received both sets of uniforms. The officials also informed Revanth Reddy that notebooks had been distributed to all students. Distribution of plates, glasses, bowls, spoons, cups, carpets, bedsheets and towels to students in government hostels, residential schools, KGBVs and Model Schools had also been completed. The Chief Minister directed officials to prepare an action plan well in advance so that uniforms and other essential materials are available to students on the first day of schools reopening next academic year. He also asked officials to factor in a possible 10 per cent increase in student enrolment while planning procurement and distribution. The Times of India

Revanth Reddy said parents had expressed satisfaction with the quality of uniforms and other materials supplied to students this year. Government Adviser P. Sudarshan Reddy, MP Vem Narender Reddy and senior officials attended the review meeting.
