Enumeration Forms Distributed to Chenchu Tribal Families Under ECI SIR-2026 in Amrabad

భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం చేపట్టిన స్పెషల్ ఇంటెన్సివ్ రివిజన్ (ఎస్ఐఆర్)-2026 కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా నాగర్కర్నూల్ జిల్లా అమ్రాబాద్ మండలంలోని అటవీ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసిస్తున్న చెంచు గిరిజన కుటుంబాలకు ఎన్యుమరేషన్ ఫారాలను రెవెన్యూ శాఖ అధికారులు పంపిణీ చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని రెవెన్యూ సిబ్బంది పర్యవేక్షణలో నిర్వహించారు. పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ నెం. 271 కొల్లంపెంట, పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ నెం. 278 మల్లాపూర్ పెంట, పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ నెం. 280 సర్లపల్లి, పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ నెం. 281 కుడిచింతల బయలు పరిధిలోని ఓటర్లకు బూత్ లెవల్ అధికారులు (బీఎల్వోలు) ఫారాలను అందజేశారు.
రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు, బీఎల్వోలు ఓటర్లకు ఎస్ఐఆర్-2026 కార్యక్రమం ప్రాముఖ్యతను వివరించి, అవసరమైన ఆధార పత్రాలతో పాటు పూర్తి చేసిన ఎన్యుమరేషన్ ఫారాలను నిర్ణీత గడువులోగా సమర్పించాలని సూచించారు.
అటవీ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసించే చెంచు గిరిజనుల ఓటరు వివరాలను సమగ్రంగా నవీకరించడం, అర్హులైన ప్రతి ఒక్కరిని ఎన్నికల జాబితాలో చేర్చడం ఈ ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమం ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశ్యమని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.

As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 programme launched by the Election Commission of India, Enumeration Forms (EFs) were distributed to Chenchu tribal families residing in the forest habitations of Amrabad Mandal in Nagarkurnool district.
The programme was conducted under the supervision of Revenue Department officials. Enumeration Forms were distributed to voters covered under Polling Station No. 271 (Kollampenta), Polling Station No. 278 (Mallapur Penta), Polling Station No. 280 (Sarlapally), and Polling Station No. 281 (Kudichintala Bayalu) by the respective Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
Revenue staff and BLOs also created awareness about the importance of the SIR-2026 programme and urged eligible electors to submit their duly filled Enumeration Forms along with the required supporting documents within the prescribed deadline.
Officials said the initiative aims to ensure accurate electoral rolls and improve voter registration coverage among the Chenchu tribal communities living in remote forest areas.
