ఖమ్మం: రాష్ట్రంలోని రైతుల కళ్లల్లో ఆనందమే ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వానికి నిజమైన ఆశీర్వాదమని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. వ్యవసాయాన్ని దండగగా కాకుండా పండుగగా మార్చడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లా చింతకాని మండలం జగన్నాథపురం గ్రామంలో నిర్వహించిన రైతు ఆశీర్వాద సభలో ఆయన ప్రసంగించారు.
గత తొమ్మిది రోజుల్లో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 73.30 లక్షల మంది రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో రూ.9,000 కోట్ల రైతు భరోసా నిధులు జమ చేసినట్లు ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. సభా వేదికగా చివరి విడతగా 1.44 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు రూ.1,009.15 కోట్లను విడుదల చేశారు. అదే సందర్భంగా ఈ-పట్టాదారు పాసుపుస్తకాల జారీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని అధికారికంగా ప్రారంభించారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత గత 30 నెలల్లో వ్యవసాయ రంగానికి రూ.1.70 లక్షల కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసినట్లు సీఎం వెల్లడించారు. రైతు భరోసా, రుణమాఫీ, పంట బీమా, గిట్టుబాటు ధరలు, సన్నవడ్లకు బోనస్, ఉచిత విద్యుత్, పంట నష్టపరిహారం వంటి పథకాల ద్వారా రైతులను ఆదుకుంటున్నామని చెప్పారు.
రాష్ట్రం అప్పుల భారంలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ రైతు సంక్షేమం, పేదల సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ఆపకుండా కొనసాగిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. గత ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలైన కల్యాణలక్ష్మి, షాదీ ముబారక్ను కొనసాగిస్తూ, కొత్తగా రేషన్ కార్డులు, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు, రూ.500 గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్, మహిళలకు ఉచిత ఆర్టీసీ ప్రయాణం, మహిళా సంఘాలకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం వంటి పథకాలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
మొక్కజొన్న రైతుల కోసం రూ.3,504 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసినట్లు కూడా ముఖ్యమంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. తెలంగాణలో ప్రతి వర్గానికి న్యాయం జరిగేలా ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తుందని, రైతుల అభివృద్ధే ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమని ఆయన అన్నారు.

Khammam: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the happiness seen in the eyes of farmers is the greatest blessing for the people’s government. Addressing the Rythu Ashirvada Sabha at Jagannathapuram village in Chintakani mandal of Khammam district, he stated that the government’s objective is to make agriculture a celebration rather than a burden.
The Chief Minister said that ₹9,000 crore under the Rythu Bharosa scheme had been credited to the bank accounts of 73.30 lakh farmers across Telangana during the last nine days. At the meeting, he released the final installment of ₹1,009.15 crore benefiting 1.44 lakh farmers and formally launched the issuance of e-Pattadar Passbooks.
Revanth Reddy said that the government had spent ₹1.70 lakh crore on the agriculture sector during the last 30 months through various welfare measures, including Rythu Bharosa, crop loan waiver, crop insurance, remunerative prices, bonus for fine paddy, free electricity and crop compensation.
He added that despite inheriting a debt burden, the government continues to implement both existing and new welfare schemes. These include continuation of Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak, issuance of new ration cards, Indiramma housing, ₹500 LPG cylinders, free RTC travel for women and financial support to women’s self-help groups.
The Chief Minister also announced the release of ₹3,504 crore for maize farmers and reiterated that the government remains committed to ensuring welfare for farmers and all sections of society across Telangana.
