హైదరాబాద్: రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధే ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన ఎజెండా అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్పష్టం చేశారు. వచ్చే రెండున్నరేళ్లు తెలంగాణ వికాసం కోసం నిరంతరం పనిచేస్తామని, రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధిని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ప్రజాపాలన–ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా సైబరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయ భవనంతో పాటు మొత్తం రూ.1,674.74 కోట్ల విలువైన అభివృద్ధి పనులకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి శంకుస్థాపనలు, ప్రారంభోత్సవాలు నిర్వహించారు. అనంతరం మియాపూర్ క్రాస్ రోడ్స్ వద్ద జరిగిన బహిరంగ సభలో ఆయన ప్రసంగించారు.
మల్కాజిగిరి పరిధిలోని గాజులరామారంలో 100 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి బస్ టెర్మినల్ను నిర్మించనున్నట్లు సీఎం ప్రకటించారు. వచ్చే మూడు నెలల్లో పనులు ప్రారంభిస్తామని తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్ మహానగరంలో మెట్రో విస్తరణ, మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళన, రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు, రేడియల్ రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం వంటి కీలక మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులపై ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారించిందన్నారు.
రాయదుర్గం నుంచి నియోపోలిస్ వరకు మెట్రో విస్తరణ చేపడతామని వెల్లడించారు. నగరంలో పేదల కోసం లక్ష ఎల్ఐజీ, ఎంఐజీ గృహాల నిర్మాణానికి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని, అవసరమైన ప్రభుత్వ భూములను గుర్తిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.
దేశంలోని ఢిల్లీ, ముంబై, కోల్కతా, బెంగళూరు, చెన్నై నగరాలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ట్రాఫిక్, కాలుష్యం, వరదల సమస్యలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని హైదరాబాద్ భవిష్యత్ అభివృద్ధికి స్పష్టమైన విజన్తో పనిచేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు.
నగర పాలనలో సమర్థత కోసం గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్, సైబరాబాద్, మల్కాజిగిరి అనే మూడు కార్పొరేషన్లుగా వికేంద్రీకరణ చేపట్టామని, అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో రాజకీయాలకు తావు లేకుండా అన్ని వర్గాలు సహకరించాలని ఆయన కోరారు.

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy reiterated that the state’s development remains the government’s primary agenda and said the administration will work relentlessly over the next two-and-a-half years to achieve Telangana’s growth targets.
As part of the Praja Palana–Pragati Pranalika programme, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development works worth ₹1,674.74 crore, including the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation headquarters building. He later addressed a public meeting at Miyapur Cross Roads.
Revanth Reddy announced that an international-standard bus terminal will be developed across 100 acres at Gajularamaram in the Malkajgiri region. He said construction work is expected to begin within the next three months.
The Chief Minister also outlined the government’s infrastructure roadmap, including Metro Rail expansion, Musi River rejuvenation, Regional Ring Road development and construction of radial roads. He stated that the Metro corridor would be extended from Raidurgam to Neopolis.
Highlighting housing initiatives, he said the government is working towards constructing and allotting one lakh LIG and MIG houses for the urban poor in Hyderabad. Officials are currently identifying suitable government land for the project.
Revanth Reddy said Hyderabad’s future development plans are being designed after studying challenges faced by major metropolitan cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Chennai. He called upon all political parties and stakeholders to cooperate in the state’s development agenda.
