దీపావళి పండుగ సందర్భంగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్రాలకు ముందస్తుగా పన్నుల వాటా నిధులను విడుదల చేసింది. సాధారణంగా నవంబర్ 10న విడుదల కావాల్సిన నిధులను ముందుగానే అందిస్తూ మొత్తం రూ.1,09,019 కోట్లను రాష్ట్రాలకు కేటాయించింది. ఇందులో తెలంగాణకు రూ.2,370 కోట్లు, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు రూ.4,597 కోట్లు లభించాయి.
పండుగల సమయంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు ఆర్థికంగా వెసులుబాటు కల్పించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో కేంద్రం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. రాష్ట్రాల పన్నుల వాటా నిధులను నిర్ణీత తేదీ కంటే ముందుగానే విడుదల చేయడం వల్ల ప్రభుత్వాలకు ఆర్థిక కార్యకలాపాలు, అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు, ప్రజా సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలుకు తోడ్పాటు లభించనుంది.
ఈ ముందస్తు నిధుల విడుదలపై స్పందించిన ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీకి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేస్తూ, రాష్ట్రాల అభివృద్ధి, ప్రజల సంక్షేమానికి కేంద్రం అండగా నిలుస్తోందని సంబంధిత ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
సమాఖ్య స్ఫూర్తిని పాటిస్తూ రాష్ట్రాలకు ఆర్థికంగా సహకరించడం అభినందనీయమని పేర్కొన్నారు. దీపావళి సందర్భంగా కేంద్రం తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణయం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉంటుందని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

The Central Government has released ₹1,09,019 crore in tax devolution funds to states ahead of Diwali, bringing forward the scheduled disbursement from November 10.
According to the statement shared, Telangana has received ₹2,370 crore, while Andhra Pradesh has been allocated ₹4,597 crore as part of the latest release.
The advance release is intended to provide financial flexibility to state governments during the festive season. The funds are expected to support state-level financial requirements, development activities and public welfare programmes.
Welcoming the decision, the statement expressed appreciation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for releasing the funds ahead of schedule.
It also highlighted the importance of cooperative federalism and the Centre’s support for the development of states and the welfare of their people.
