జపాన్లో జరిగిన ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక జపాన్ ఓపెన్ సూపర్-750 బ్యాడ్మింటన్ టోర్నమెంట్ మహిళల సింగిల్స్ విభాగంలో టైటిల్ను కైవసం చేసుకున్న భారత స్టార్ షట్లర్ పీవీ సింధుకు తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.
కెరీర్లో తొలి సూపర్-750 టైటిల్ను సాధించడం భారత క్రీడా రంగానికి గర్వకారణమని పేర్కొన్నారు. అంతర్జాతీయ వేదికపై భారత జెండాను మరింత ఎత్తుకు తీసుకెళ్లిన సింధు విజయం దేశ యువతకు స్ఫూర్తిదాయకమని అన్నారు.
తన ప్రతిభ, కృషి, అంకితభావం, పట్టుదలతో ప్రపంచ స్థాయిలో ఎన్నో విజయాలు అందుకున్న పీవీ సింధు భవిష్యత్తులో మరిన్ని అంతర్జాతీయ టైటిళ్లు సాధించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆకాంక్షించారు.
