రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా సంక్షేమ పథకాలు
రాష్ట్రంలో రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా, ఎవరి పట్ల వివక్ష లేకుండా సంక్షేమ పథకాలను అమలు చేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రజా పాలన పేదలు, రైతులు, మహిళలు, నిరుద్యోగుల కోసం పనిచేస్తోందని ఆయన పునరుద్ఘాటించారు.
నల్గొండ జిల్లా నకిరేకల్లో రూ.32 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో నిర్మించిన 100 పడకల నూతన ప్రాంతీయ ఆసుపత్రిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రారంభించారు. అనంతరం పలు అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
నకిరేకల్ రాజీవ్ గాంధీ మినీ స్టేడియంలో నిర్వహించిన వెయ్యి రోజుల ప్రజాపాలన బహిరంగ సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రసంగించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతులు, మహిళలు, నిరుద్యోగుల అభ్యున్నతికి చేపట్టిన కార్యక్రమాలను వివరించారు.
రైతులు, మహిళలు, నిరుద్యోగులకు ప్రాధాన్యం
రైతుల కోసం రుణమాఫీ, ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు, రైతు భరోసా, సన్నవడ్లకు బోనస్ వంటి సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తోందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు.
మహిళలకు ఆర్థిక ప్రయోజనం కల్పించే సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల ద్వారా 2034 నాటికి కోటి మంది మహిళలను కోటీశ్వరులను చేయాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని వివరించారు. నిరుద్యోగుల కోసం ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల అంశాన్ని కూడా ప్రస్తావించారు.
మహిళలకు ఆర్టీసీలో ఉచిత ప్రయాణ సౌకర్యం కల్పించే పథకాన్ని కొందరు నీరుగార్చేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. అయితే సూర్యుడు ఉదయించినంత కాలం, చంద్రుడు ఉన్నంత కాలం ఈ పథకం కొనసాగుతుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
సంక్షేమ పథకాల్లో వివక్ష లేదని వెల్లడి
కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డుల జారీ, 3.48 కోట్ల మందికి సన్నబియ్యం, గృహాలకు 200 యూనిట్ల వరకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్, రూ.500కే సిలిండర్, పంపుసెట్లకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్, రైతుల రుణమాఫీ, రైతు భరోసా వంటి పథకాలను వివక్ష లేకుండా అందరికీ కొనసాగిస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు.
నకిరేకల్లో పలు అభివృద్ధి పనులకు శంకుస్థాపన
ముఖ్యమంత్రి శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన అభివృద్ధి పనుల్లో నకిరేకల్ నియోజకవర్గంలో రూ.9.85 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్ భవన నిర్మాణం ఉంది.
నకిరేకల్ మండలం కడపర్తి గ్రామంలో రూ.200 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో యంగ్ ఇండియా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్ నిర్మాణానికి కూడా శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
మునిపంపుల గ్రామంలో రూ.3.62 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో 1 X 5 ఎంవీఏ పవర్ ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్, 33/11 కేవీ సబ్స్టేషన్, 33 కేవీ, 11 కేవీ విద్యుత్ లైన్లు, కంట్రోల్ రూమ్ నిర్మాణ పనులు చేపట్టనున్నారు.
కేతేపల్లి మండలం గుడివాడ గ్రామంలో రూ.2.74 కోట్లతో 1 X 5 ఎంవీఏ పవర్ ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్తో కూడిన 33/11 కేవీ సబ్స్టేషన్, 33 కేవీ, 11 కేవీ విద్యుత్ లైన్ల ఏర్పాటుకు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
నకిరేకల్ మండలంలో రూ.20 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో సమీకృత మండల స్థాయి కార్యాలయాల సముదాయం నిర్మించనున్నారు. అలాగే రూ.45.60 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో నకిరేకల్–గురజాల రోడ్డు నుంచి బైరౌనిబండ వరకు, బైరౌనిబండ నుంచి అమ్మనబోలు–రామాంజాపూర్ రోడ్డు వరకు రహదారి అభివృద్ధి, విస్తరణ పనులు చేపట్టనున్నారు.
నకిరేకల్లో రూ.1.10 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో ఎక్సైజ్ శాఖ భవన నిర్మాణానికి కూడా శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు శ్రీ ఉత్తమ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ అడ్లూరి లక్ష్మణ్ కుమార్తో పాటు పలువురు ఎంపీలు, ఉమ్మడి నల్గొండ జిల్లాకు చెందిన ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Welfare without discrimination, says Revanth Reddy
Telangana Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy said the state government was implementing welfare schemes without discrimination and irrespective of political considerations. He reiterated that Praja Palana was working for the welfare of the poor, farmers, women and unemployed.
In Nakerkal of Nalgonda district, the Chief Minister inaugurated a new 100-bed regional hospital constructed at a cost of ₹32 crore. He subsequently laid the foundation stones for several development works in the constituency.
Addressing a public meeting marking 1,000 days of Praja Palana at the Rajiv Gandhi Mini Stadium in Nakerkal, the Chief Minister outlined various programmes being implemented by the government for farmers, women and unemployed people.
Focus on farmers, women and unemployed
The Chief Minister highlighted farmer welfare initiatives including farm loan waivers, paddy procurement, Rythu Bharosa and bonuses for fine varieties of paddy.
He also spoke about welfare initiatives aimed at providing financial benefits to women, stating that the government was working with the goal of turning one crore women into millionaires by 2034. Employment recruitments for unemployed people were also highlighted.
Referring to the free travel facility for women in state-run buses, the Chief Minister said some people had attempted to undermine the scheme. He asserted that the scheme would continue for as long as the sun rises and the moon remains.
Welfare schemes to continue without discrimination
The Chief Minister said the government was continuing various welfare measures without discrimination, including the issuance of new ration cards, supply of fine rice to 3.48 crore people, free electricity up to 200 units for households, LPG cylinders at ₹500, free power for agricultural pump sets, farm loan waivers and Rythu Bharosa.
Development works launched in Nakerkal
Among the development works for which the Chief Minister laid foundation stones was the construction of a Telangana Public School building in the constituency at a cost of ₹9.85 crore.
A Young India Integrated Residential School will be constructed at Kadaparthy village in Nakerkal mandal at a cost of ₹200 crore.
At Munipampula village, works worth ₹3.62 crore will include a 1 X 5 MVA power transformer, a 33/11 KV substation, 33 KV and 11 KV power lines and a control room.
At Gudivada village in Ketepally mandal, a 33/11 KV substation with a 1 X 5 MVA power transformer, along with 33 KV and 11 KV lines, will be established at a cost of ₹2.74 crore.
An integrated mandal-level government offices complex will be constructed in Nakerkal mandal at a cost of ₹20 crore.
Road development works worth ₹45.60 crore will also be taken up, covering the stretch from Nakerkal–Gurajala Road to Bairounibanda, from Bairounibanda to the Ammanabole–Ramanjapur Road, and widening and development of the Ammanabole–Ramanjapur Road.
The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for an Excise Department building in Nakerkal at a cost of ₹1.10 crore.
Ministers Shri Uttam Kumar Reddy, Shri Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Shri Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Shri Adluri Laxman Kumar, along with several MPs and public representatives from the erstwhile Nalgonda district, attended the programme.
