English: CM Reviews MNKLIS, Orders Faster Land Acquisition and Kodangal Development
లీడ్: మక్తల్–నారాయణపేట్–కొడంగల్ ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రాజెక్టు భూసేకరణ పనుల్లో జాప్యం లేకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. కొడంగల్ అభివృద్ధి పనులపై కూడా సమగ్ర సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
Lead: The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure there is no delay in land acquisition for the Maktal–Narayanpet–Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme and also reviewed development works in Kodangal.
మక్తల్–నారాయణపేట్–కొడంగల్ ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రాజెక్టు (MNKLIS) పురోగతిపై అధికారులతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రాజెక్టుకు సంబంధించిన భూసేకరణ పనులు ఎలాంటి జాప్యం లేకుండా వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
భూసేకరణ ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేయడానికి అవసరమైన సర్వేయర్ల నియామకంతో పాటు అవసరమైన బడ్జెట్ను ప్రభుత్వం మంజూరు చేయడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉందని తెలిపారు. భూసేకరణ పూర్తి చేసి వెంటనే టెండర్ ప్రక్రియను ప్రారంభించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
అనంతరం కొడంగల్ అర్బన్ డెవలప్మెంట్ అథారిటీ (KADA) పరిధిలో కొనసాగుతున్న అభివృద్ధి పనులను శాఖల వారీగా సమీక్షించారు. వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టుల పురోగతిని తెలుసుకుని అవసరమైన సూచనలు చేశారు. ఆగస్టు 30న మరోసారి కొడంగల్కు వచ్చి పనులను సమీక్షించడంతో పాటు అక్కడే బస చేస్తానని తెలిపారు.
నియోజకవర్గంలోని గ్రామాల్లో రోడ్లు, ఇతర మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనపై అధికారులకు పలు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. ఏ తండాలోనూ రహదారి లేకుండా ఉండకూడదని, ప్రతి గ్రామం నుంచి మండల కేంద్రానికి బీటీ రహదారి ఉండేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
కొత్త గ్రామ పంచాయతీలకు అవసరమైన పంచాయతీ భవనాల నిర్మాణాన్ని త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలని, పనులను నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షించేందుకు ఈఈ స్థాయి అధికారిని నియమించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
ఎల్నినో ప్రభావం, వర్షాభావ పరిస్థితుల నేపథ్యంలో ఎక్కడా తాగునీటి సమస్య తలెత్తకుండా ముందస్తు కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of the Maktal–Narayanpet–Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme (MNKLIS) and directed officials to complete land acquisition without delay to keep the project on schedule.
He stated that the government is ready to provide the required budget and appoint additional surveyors to expedite the land acquisition process. Officials were instructed to complete land acquisition at the earliest and initiate the tender process immediately.
The Chief Minister also conducted a department-wise review of development works being implemented under the Kodangal Urban Development Authority (KADA). After reviewing the status of various projects, he issued necessary directions and announced that he would revisit Kodangal on August 30 to inspect the works and stay there during the review.
Officials were instructed to improve road connectivity and basic infrastructure across villages in the constituency. He said no tribal habitation should remain without road access and directed that every village be connected to its mandal headquarters through BT roads.
The Chief Minister also instructed officials to construct panchayat buildings for newly formed gram panchayats and appoint an Executive Engineer-level officer to continuously monitor the progress of works.
Keeping in view the possible impact of El Niño and drought conditions, officials were directed to prepare advance plans to ensure that no village faces drinking water shortages.
