English: CM Orders Faster Hakeempet Education Hub Works, Monthly Progress Reviews
వికారాబాద్ జిల్లా హకీంపేట ఎడ్యుకేషన్ హబ్ నిర్మాణ పనులను వేగవంతం చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. నెలవారీగా పనుల పురోగతిని స్వయంగా సమీక్షిస్తానని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

వికారాబాద్ జిల్లా కొడంగల్ నియోజకవర్గంలోని హకీంపేటలో అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న ఎడ్యుకేషన్ హబ్ నిర్మాణ పనులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు వేగంగా పూర్తయ్యేలా అధికారులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
ఎడ్యుకేషన్ హబ్లో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న ఇంజనీరింగ్, మెడికల్, నర్సింగ్, వెటర్నరీ, ఫిజియోథెరపీ, పారా మెడికల్ కళాశాలలతో పాటు సంబంధిత హాస్టల్ భవనాల నిర్మాణ పురోగతిని పరిశీలించి పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. మౌలిక వసతుల అభివృద్ధి ప్రణాళికలపైనా అధికారులతో చర్చించారు.
నిర్మాణ పనులు ఆశించిన వేగంతో సాగకపోవడంపై అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేసిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి, ప్రతి ప్రాజెక్టుకు సంబంధించిన నెలవారీ పురోగతి నివేదికలను తప్పనిసరిగా సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించారు. ఇకపై ప్రతి నెల పనులను స్వయంగా తనిఖీ చేయడమే కాకుండా అవసరమైతే ఒక రోజు నిర్మాణ స్థలంలోనే బస చేసి సమీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తానని తెలిపారు.
పనుల్లో నిర్లక్ష్యం లేదా అలసత్వం ప్రదర్శించే అధికారులపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఉన్నతాధికారులకు సూచించారు. అవసరమైతే బాధ్యులపై సస్పెన్షన్ చర్యలు తీసుకోవడానికి వెనుకాడవద్దని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఎడ్యుకేషన్ హబ్ కోసం భూములు కోల్పోయిన రైతులకు ప్లాట్ల కేటాయింపులో జాప్యం జరగడంపై కూడా అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వచ్చే వారంలోగా అర్హులైన లబ్ధిదారులకు ప్లాట్ల పట్టాలను అందజేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అనంతరం ప్రాజెక్టు పురోగతిపై అధికారులతో సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
The Chief Minister inspected the ongoing works at the Hakeempet Education Hub in Kodangal constituency of Vikarabad district and directed officials to accelerate construction activities while ensuring better coordination among departments.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister reviewed the progress of engineering, medical, nursing, veterinary, physiotherapy and paramedical colleges, along with hostel buildings being developed as part of the Education Hub. Officials also briefed him on infrastructure development plans for the campus.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the slow pace of construction, the Chief Minister instructed officials to submit monthly progress reports for every project. He also stated that he would personally inspect the works every month and, if required, stay at the project site for a day to review progress.
The Chief Minister warned that strict action would be taken against officials showing negligence or delay in executing the works. Senior officials were instructed not to hesitate in taking disciplinary action, including suspension, against those found responsible.
The delay in allotting residential plots to farmers who lost land for the Education Hub also came under review. Officials were directed to distribute plot ownership documents to eligible beneficiaries within the coming week. A review meeting with officials was later held to assess the overall progress of the project
