లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించాలని, పారిశుద్ధ్య నిర్వహణలో ఎలాంటి నిర్లక్ష్యం ఉండకూడదని కమిషనర్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. వర్షాకాలంలో ప్రజల భద్రతకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తూ అన్ని పౌరసేవలు నిరంతరం అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.
అలాగే జీహెచ్ఎంసీ, ఇంజినీరింగ్, పారిశుద్ధ్య, విపత్తు నిర్వహణ తదితర శాఖలు పరస్పర సమన్వయంతో పనిచేస్తే వర్షాల వల్ల కలిగే ఇబ్బందులను గణనీయంగా తగ్గించవచ్చని సమావేశంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

The Malkajgiri Commissioner conducted a comprehensive review meeting to assess monsoon preparedness across the commissionerate limits and directed all departments to remain on high alert during the rainy season.
Officials were instructed to ensure that stormwater drains are cleaned and desilted, waterlogging-prone areas are continuously monitored, and emergency response teams remain fully prepared to respond to any situation. Departments were also asked to address public complaints promptly during periods of heavy rainfall.
The Commissioner stressed the need to protect low-lying localities from flooding and directed sanitation teams to maintain cleanliness and prevent public health issues during the monsoon. Citizen safety and uninterrupted civic services were identified as top priorities.
