KTR Inaugurates Kandou AI India Facility in Hyderabad, Highlights Telangana’s Growing Semiconductor Ecosystem

హైదరాబాద్లో అంతర్జాతీయ డీప్-టెక్ సంస్థ కండౌ ఏఐ (Kandou AI) భారత కార్యకలాపాల కేంద్రాన్ని ప్రారంభించినట్లు బీఆర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీ రామారావు (కేటీఆర్) తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా సంస్థ సహ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు, తెలంగాణకు చెందిన సృజన్ లింగాతో ప్రత్యేక చర్చ (ఫైర్సైడ్ చాట్) నిర్వహించినట్లు ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
స్విట్జర్లాండ్ ప్రధాన కేంద్రంగా కార్యకలాపాలు నిర్వహిస్తున్న కండౌ ఏఐకు 225 మిలియన్ అమెరికన్ డాలర్ల పెట్టుబడుల మద్దతు ఉందని కేటీఆర్ తెలిపారు. ఇలాంటి ప్రపంచ స్థాయి డీప్-టెక్ సంస్థ హైదరాబాద్ను భారతదేశంలో తన చిప్ డిజైన్ ప్రధాన కేంద్రంగా ఎంచుకోవడం తెలంగాణ ప్రతిభ, సాంకేతిక సామర్థ్యానికి నిదర్శనమని అన్నారు.
ప్రస్తుతం హైదరాబాద్ కేంద్రంలో 150 మందికి పైగా ఇంజినీర్లు తదుపరి తరం కృత్రిమ మేధస్సు (AI) మౌలిక వసతులు, సెమీకండక్టర్ సాంకేతికతల అభివృద్ధిపై పనిచేస్తున్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు. కండౌ ఏఐ పెట్టుబడి తెలంగాణలో అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న ఆవిష్కరణల పర్యావరణ వ్యవస్థపై అంతర్జాతీయ కంపెనీల విశ్వాసాన్ని మరోసారి చాటిందని కేటీఆర్ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
హైదరాబాద్ ఇప్పటికే ప్రపంచ స్థాయి సాంకేతిక, సెమీకండక్టర్ మరియు AI రంగాలకు ప్రముఖ కేంద్రంగా ఎదుగుతోందని, భవిష్యత్తులో మరిన్ని అంతర్జాతీయ పెట్టుబడులు రాష్ట్రానికి వచ్చే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.

BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) announced that he inaugurated the India facility of global deep-tech company Kandou AI in Hyderabad. During the event, he also participated in a fireside chat with the company’s Co-Founder, Srujan Linga, who hails from Telangana.
KTR said Kandou AI, headquartered in Switzerland and backed by $225 million in funding, has selected Hyderabad as its India Chip Design headquarters. He described the decision as a strong endorsement of Telangana’s highly skilled talent pool and thriving innovation ecosystem.
According to KTR, more than 150 engineers are already working at the Hyderabad facility on next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure and semiconductor technologies. He said the investment reinforces Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s leading destinations for advanced technology, chip design and AI innovation.
KTR added that the arrival of another global deep-tech company reflects growing international confidence in Telangana’s technology ecosystem and is expected to further strengthen the state’s semiconductor and AI sectors.
