మధ్యాహ్నం సమయంలో అత్యవసర అవసరం లేకపోతే బయటకు రావొద్దని ప్రజలకు సూచించారు. ముఖ్యంగా చిన్నపిల్లలు, వృద్ధులు, బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో పనిచేసే కార్మికులు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని వైద్య అధికారులు హెచ్చరించారు.
తగినంత నీరు తాగడం, తేలికపాటి దుస్తులు ధరించడం, నేరుగా ఎండలో ఎక్కువసేపు ఉండకపోవడం వంటి జాగ్రత్తలు పాటించాలని సూచించారు. జిల్లాల వారీగా వైద్యశాఖ అధికారులను అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశించింది.
తీవ్ర ఎండల మధ్య కొన్నిచోట్ల స్వల్ప వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశముందని కూడా ఐఎండీ వెల్లడించింది. వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులపై ప్రజలు అధికారిక ప్రకటనలను మాత్రమే నమ్మాలని సూచించారు.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heatwave alert for multiple districts across Telangana as temperatures are expected to rise sharply over the next two days.
According to weather officials, several districts have been placed under red and orange alerts with daytime temperatures likely to touch between 45 and 47 degrees Celsius in some regions. Hyderabad is also expected to witness severe heat conditions, with temperatures likely to reach around 43 degrees Celsius.
Authorities advised people to avoid outdoor movement during peak afternoon hours unless absolutely necessary. Medical experts warned that prolonged exposure to dry heat and hot winds could increase the risk of heatstroke, particularly among children, elderly citizens and outdoor workers.
