డయల్-100 సమాచారం అందుకున్న వెంటనే చైతన్యపురి పెట్రోల్ మొబైల్–I సిబ్బంది మహిళా పోలీస్ కానిస్టేబుల్ ఎం. చంద్రకళ, హోం గార్డ్ జె. బాలరాజు ఘటనాస్థలికి కేవలం నాలుగు నిమిషాల్లో చేరుకున్నారు. హైడ్రా బృందంతో కలిసి ముసీ నదిలోకి దూకేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్న మహిళతో పాటు ఆమె ముగ్గురు చిన్నారులను సురక్షితంగా రక్షించారు.

రక్షణ చర్యల అనంతరం బాధిత మహిళకు కౌన్సెలింగ్ నిర్వహించి, ఆమెను పిల్లలతో కలిసి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు అప్పగించారు. వేగవంతమైన స్పందనతో నాలుగు ప్రాణాలను కాపాడిన పోలీసుల సేవలను అధికారులు అభినందించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ బి. సుమతి మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రజల ప్రాణ భద్రతకు అత్యున్నత ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వడం, మానవత్వంతో సేవలందించడం మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీసుల సేవా తత్పరతకు నిదర్శనమని పేర్కొన్నారు. సమయస్ఫూర్తితో స్పందించిన చైతన్యపురి పోలీసు సిబ్బందిని ప్రత్యేకంగా అభినందించి నగదు బహుమతితో సత్కరించారు.

The Malkajgiri Police Commissioner, B. Sumathi, IPS, honoured a Chaitanyapuri Police patrol team with a cash reward for rescuing a woman and her three young children within just four minutes of receiving a Dial-100 emergency call.

Responding immediately to the emergency alert, Chaitanyapuri Patrol Mobile-I personnel, Woman Police Constable M. Chandrakala and Home Guard J. Balaraju, reached the spot within four minutes. Working together with the HYDRAA rescue team, they safely prevented the woman and her three children from jumping into the Musi River.

Following the rescue, the police arranged counselling for the woman and later handed her and the children over to their family members. The swift response of the police team helped save four lives.

Commending the personnel, Commissioner B. Sumathi said that protecting human life remains the highest priority of the police department and that the incident reflects the commitment and humanitarian approach of the Malkajgiri Police in serving the public.
