ప్రజలు ఈ చారిత్రాత్మక జనగణన ప్రక్రియలో భాగస్వాములు కావాలని, తమ వివరాలను సమయానికి నమోదు చేసుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వం విజ్ఞప్తి చేసింది.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy participated in the Self Enumeration process for Census 2027 and personally registered his details as Telangana officially launched online self-enumeration from today.
Using the official census web portal, the Chief Minister completed the self-registration of his family details and appealed to people across the state to actively participate in this important national exercise by accurately submitting their information.
Census officials briefed the Chief Minister on the Self Enumeration process, which has been introduced as the first stage of the Census 2027 operations. The system allows citizens to voluntarily enter their household details online without waiting for field enumerators.
This is the first digital census being conducted in Telangana after state formation, making it a major administrative milestone. Officials also noted that caste enumeration is included in this process, adding further significance to the census exercise.
Through self-enumeration, citizens can directly upload details related to family members, residence, and other required demographic information on the government portal. Officials believe this will improve citizen participation and ensure better transparency in welfare scheme implementation in the future.
Senior officials including DCO Telangana Operations Director Bharati Holikeri, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, Joint Principal Census Officer Priyanka Ala, and IPR Commissioner C.H. Priyanka participated in the program along with other senior officers.
