శామీర్పేట్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ 2025 సంవత్సరానికి కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ ప్రకటించిన దేశంలోని ఉత్తమ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ల జాబితాలో జాతీయ స్థాయిలో 7వ స్థానం, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో మొదటి స్థానం సాధించడం గర్వకారణమని తెలిపారు. ఇది ప్రజల విశ్వాసం, పోలీసు సిబ్బంది కృషి మరియు మీడియా సహకారానికి నిదర్శనమని పేర్కొన్నారు.

Former Shamirpet Circle Inspector and Station House Officer S. Srinath has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Shamirpet, media representatives, public leaders, and police personnel following his transfer to the Cyber Crime Police Station under the Malkajgiri Commissionerate.
The transfer was effected as per the orders of the Commissioner of Police. In a farewell message, Srinath thanked all stakeholders for their support and cooperation during his tenure at Shamirpet Police Station.
He highlighted that Shamirpet Police Station achieved national recognition by securing the 7th rank among the Top Police Stations in India in 2025, as announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The station also secured the first position in Telangana State, a milestone he attributed to teamwork, public trust, and community participation.
Srinath noted that he had also received appreciation from senior officers and was recognized as one of the Best Station House Officers during crime review meetings. He emphasized that these achievements belonged to the entire police team rather than any individual officer.
Thanking the media fraternity for responsible reporting and public awareness efforts, he said their constructive cooperation played a significant role in strengthening community policing initiatives.
As he takes charge at the Cyber Crime Police Station, Srinath stated that he would always cherish the memories of serving the people of Shamirpet and remain grateful for their affection and encouragement.
