తెలంగాణ రైతులకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మరో గుడ్న్యూస్ ఇచ్చింది. రైతు భరోసా పథకం కింద మూడో విడత నిధుల విడుదలకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేసింది. మే నెలలో నాలుగు ఎకరాల లోపు భూమి కలిగిన రైతుల బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాల్లో డబ్బులు జమ చేయడానికి రేవంత్ సర్కార్ సిద్ధమవుతోంది.
రైతులకు పంటల సాగు సమయంలో ఆర్థిక భరోసా కల్పించేందుకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం రైతు భరోసా పథకాన్ని అమలు చేస్తోంది. ఈ పథకం కింద ప్రతి ఏడాది రెండు విడతల్లో ఎకరాకు రూ.12 వేల చొప్పున రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో నిధులు జమ చేస్తోంది.
ఈ ఏడాది రబీ సీజన్కు సంబంధించి ఇప్పటికే తొలి రెండు విడతల నిధులు విడుదలయ్యాయి. తొలి విడతలో రూ.3,446 కోట్లు జమ చేయగా, 68.89 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు లబ్ధి చేకూరింది. రెండో విడతలో రూ.2,206 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసి 45.11 లక్షల మంది రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేశారు.
ఇప్పుడు మూడో విడతలో నాలుగు ఎకరాల లోపు భూమి ఉన్న రైతులకు నిధులు జమ చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం సన్నాహాలు చేస్తోంది. ఇందుకోసం రూ.12 వేల కోట్లు సమీకరించేందుకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం రిజర్వ్ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియాకు ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపింది.
బాండ్లను వేలానికి పెట్టి ఈ మొత్తాన్ని సమీకరించనున్నట్లు సమాచారం. వేలం ద్వారా వచ్చిన నిధులను వచ్చే ఆరు నుంచి 25 సంవత్సరాల కాలంలో చెల్లించే విధంగా ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధమవుతోంది. ఈ బాండ్లపై 7 నుంచి 7.5 శాతం వరకు వడ్డీ ఉండే అవకాశం ఉందని తెలుస్తోంది.
ఇక హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో స్వాధీనం, రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల బకాయిల చెల్లింపులు వంటి ఇతర ఆర్థిక అవసరాలను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని నిధుల సమీకరణకు చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. రైతు భరోసా మూడో విడతపై రైతుల్లో ఆసక్తి పెరిగింది.

The Telangana government has given fresh relief to farmers by accelerating the process for releasing the third installment of the Rythu Bharosa scheme. The Revanth Reddy government is preparing to deposit the next round of financial assistance into the bank accounts of farmers owning up to four acres of land during May.
The Rythu Bharosa scheme is aimed at providing financial support to farmers during crop cultivation seasons. Under this scheme, the government deposits Rs.12,000 per acre annually in two installments directly into farmers’ bank accounts.
For the current Rabi season, the first two installments have already been released. In the first phase, the government deposited Rs.3,446 crore, benefiting 68.89 lakh farmers. In the second installment, Rs.2,206 crore was credited to 45.11 lakh beneficiaries.
Now, the government is preparing for the third installment, targeting farmers with landholdings of up to four acres. To mobilize the required funds, the Telangana government has reportedly sent proposals to the Reserve Bank of India to raise Rs.12,000 crore.
Officials plan to raise the amount through bond auctions. Reports indicate that the repayment period may range from six to 25 years, with an expected interest rate between 7 percent and 7.5 percent.
Apart from Rythu Bharosa payments, the government also requires funds for the Hyderabad Metro acquisition and pending dues of retired employees. This has increased the urgency for financial mobilization over the next two months.
