తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ ప్రాంగణంలో కొత్త ఎమ్మెల్సీలు అజారుద్దీన్, కోదండరాం ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం అనంతరం మీడియాతో చిట్చాట్గా మాట్లాడిన సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి, బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీతో పాటు కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబంపై కూడా ఘాటు వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
కవిత కొత్త పార్టీ ‘తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సేన’ ఏర్పాటు చర్చలపై స్పందించిన ఆయన, ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో కొత్త పార్టీ అవసరం ఏముందని ప్రశ్నించారు. కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబం అంతా ఒక్కటేనని, ప్రజల ముందుకు కొత్త రాజకీయ నాటకం తీసుకువస్తున్నారని విమర్శించారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీకి ఇప్పటివరకు గతం మాత్రమే ఉందని, ఇక నుంచి భవిష్యత్ లేదని సీఎం అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమ సమయంలో ప్రజలు ఆ పార్టీ మాటలను సహించారని, కానీ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా అదే అహంకార ధోరణి కొనసాగించారని మండిపడ్డారు.
“బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ఒక చనిపోయిన శవం లాంటిది. అలాంటి శవానికి ఎంత అలంకరణ చేసినా ప్రయోజనం ఉండదు” అంటూ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తీవ్ర వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ పార్టీ పరిస్థితి కూడా అలాంటిదేనని పేర్కొన్నారు.
గత పదేళ్ల పాలనలో బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలు అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని అరాచకాలు చేశారని, అందుకే తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు వారిని అధికారంలో నుంచి దించేశారని ఆరోపించారు. ఇప్పుడు బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ మనుగడే ప్రశ్నార్థకంగా మారిందని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
కేసీఆర్పై మాట్లాడుతూ, ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం విశ్రాంతిలో ఉన్న ప్రజాప్రతినిధి అని, ఆయన ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండటం తమకే మంచిదని చెప్పారు. కేసీఆర్పై వ్యక్తిగత ద్వేషం లేదని, తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాలే తమ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని తెలిపారు.
మరోవైపు కాళేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్టుపై కూడా సీఎం స్పందించారు. పీసీ ఘోష్ కమిషన్ నివేదికను తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు పూర్తిగా తప్పుపట్టలేదని, కేవలం సాంకేతిక అంశాలపై మాత్రమే అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం చేసిందని తెలిపారు. సీబీఐ విచారణ పూర్తయ్యాక తదుపరి చర్యలు ఉంటాయని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy launched a sharp political attack on the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), stating that the party has no future and comparing it to a “dead body” with no political revival possible.
Speaking to the media after the oath-taking ceremony of new MLCs Azharuddin and Kodandaram at the Telangana Assembly premises, Revanth Reddy made strong remarks against BRS and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s family.
Responding to discussions around MLC Kavitha’s proposed new political platform, Telangana Rashtra Sena, the Chief Minister questioned the need for a new party in the state. He said the entire KCR family remains politically united and accused them of creating a fresh political drama before the public.
Revanth Reddy said BRS may have had a past, but it no longer has a future in Telangana politics. He stated that people tolerated the party’s language and style during the Telangana movement, but after coming to power, the same arrogance continued for ten years.
“BRS is like a dead body. No matter how much decoration is done to a dead body, it serves no purpose,” he said, adding that the current condition of the party reflects the same reality.
He accused BRS leaders of misusing power and arrogance during their ten-year rule, saying that people of Telangana removed them from power because they could no longer tolerate their governance style.
On KCR, Revanth said he is now a resting public representative and that it is better for everyone if he remains healthy. He added that there is no personal hatred, but public accountability remains important.
The Chief Minister also spoke on the Kaleshwaram project issue, saying the Telangana High Court did not reject the P.C. Ghosh Commission report entirely. He clarified that the court only pointed out technical issues and said further action would depend on the CBI investigation
