Officials assured complainants visiting the Malkajgiri Police Commissionerate that their grievances would be heard directly, examined carefully and addressed through appropriate action in a fair manner.
మల్కాజిగిరి: తమ సమస్యలను అధికారుల దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చేందుకు మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ కార్యాలయానికి వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదుదారులతో అధికారులు మాట్లాడారు. రిసెప్షన్ వద్దనే వారిని నేరుగా కలిసి సమస్యలను వివరంగా తెలుసుకుంటామని తెలిపారు.
ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదును జాగ్రత్తగా విని, దానికి సంబంధించిన అంశాలను పరిశీలించిన అనంతరం తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని భరోసా ఇచ్చారు. సమస్యల పరిష్కారంలో న్యాయబద్ధమైన విధానాన్ని అనుసరిస్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ప్రజలు తమ సమస్యలను పోలీసుల దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చినప్పుడు వాటిని సానుకూలంగా స్వీకరించి, సంబంధిత అంశాల ఆధారంగా పరిష్కార చర్యలు చేపట్టడమే లక్ష్యమని అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు.

They assured the complainants that they would meet them directly at the reception, listen carefully to their concerns and examine the relevant issues before initiating appropriate action.
Officials said the grievance-redressal process would focus on addressing complaints fairly and taking appropriate steps based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
