తెలంగాణ పెట్టుబడులకు అత్యంత అనుకూలమైన రాష్ట్రంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతోందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. భారత పరిశ్రమల సమాఖ్య (సీఐఐ) ఉత్తర భారత ప్రతినిధులతో ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీలోని బోధి పేవిలియన్లో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో ఆయన రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని ఆహ్వానించారు.
ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం పరిశ్రమలకు సంపూర్ణ రక్షణ కల్పిస్తుందని, మంచి ప్రతిపాదనలతో వచ్చే పెట్టుబడిదారులకు అన్ని విధాలుగా ప్రోత్సాహకాలు అందిస్తామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర పారిశ్రామిక విధానాల వల్ల ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా పెట్టుబడులు ఆకర్షితమవుతున్నాయని చెప్పారు.
30 వేల ఎకరాల్లో అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్న భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో ఫార్చ్యూన్–500 కంపెనీలు పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేలా లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నామని వెల్లడించారు. ప్రస్తుతం దేశ జీడీపీలో తెలంగాణ వాటా 5 శాతం ఉండగా, దానిని 10 శాతానికి పెంచడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని వివరించారు.
తెలంగాణను “క్యూర్–ప్యూర్–రేర్” అనే మూడు అభివృద్ధి ప్రాంతాలుగా విభజించినట్లు సీఎం తెలిపారు. ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు లోపలి ప్రాంతాన్ని సేవా రంగానికి, ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు నుండి రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు వరకు తయారీ రంగానికి, ఆ తరువాత ప్రాంతాన్ని వ్యవసాయం మరియు అగ్రి పరిశ్రమలకు కేటాయిస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నుంచి మచిలీపట్నం పోర్టు వరకు 12 లేన్ల రహదారి నిర్మాణం చేపడుతున్నామని, వరంగల్ మరియు ఆదిలాబాద్ విమానాశ్రయాలకు కేంద్రం అనుమతి ఇచ్చిందని తెలిపారు. అలాగే శంషాబాద్–చెన్నై, శంషాబాద్–పూణె, శంషాబాద్–బెంగళూరు బుల్లెట్ రైలు మార్గాలు రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
కృత్రిమ మేధస్సు (AI) ప్రభావంతో ఉద్యోగ రంగంలో మార్పులు వస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధిపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ ద్వారా పరిశ్రమలకు అవసరమైన నైపుణ్యాలతో యువతను తీర్చిదిద్దుతున్నామని చెప్పారు.
రాష్ట్రంలోని ఐటీఐలను అడ్వాన్స్డ్ ట్రైనింగ్ సెంటర్లుగా మార్చిన తర్వాత శిక్షణ పొందిన వారికి దాదాపు 100 శాతం ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు లభిస్తున్నాయని వెల్లడించారు. హైదరాబాద్లో గ్లోబల్ కెపబిలిటీ సెంటర్ల సంఖ్య వేగంగా పెరుగుతోందని, అమెజాన్ డేటా సెంటర్లపై భారీ పెట్టుబడులు, అదానీ గ్రూప్ డేటా సెంటర్ పెట్టుబడులు తెలంగాణపై పెట్టుబడిదారుల విశ్వాసాన్ని ప్రతిబింబిస్తున్నాయని తెలిపారు.
సమావేశంలో సీఐఐ నార్తర్న్ రీజియన్ చైర్మన్ పునీత్ కౌరా తెలంగాణ పారిశ్రామిక విధానాలను ప్రశంసిస్తూ, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రోత్సాహం, మెరుగైన మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కారణంగానే అధ్యయనం కోసం హైదరాబాద్ను ఎంపిక చేసుకున్నామని తెలిపారు.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy invited members of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region to invest in Telangana, describing the state as one of India’s safest and most investment-friendly destinations.
Addressing the delegation at Bodhi Pavilion in MCR HRD Institute, Hyderabad, the Chief Minister assured industrialists that the state government would provide full support and protection to investors while extending incentives for quality investment proposals.
He said the government’s industrial policies are attracting global investments and reiterated the vision of bringing Fortune 500 companies to the proposed 30,000-acre Bharat Future City. The Chief Minister stated that Telangana currently contributes around 5% to India’s GDP and aims to double that share to 10% in the coming years.
Explaining the state’s long-term development strategy, he said Telangana has been divided into three growth zones—CURE, PURE and RARE. The area within the Outer Ring Road has been earmarked for the service sector, the region between the Outer Ring Road and Regional Ring Road for manufacturing industries, and the outer region for agriculture and agro-based industries.
He also announced plans for a 12-lane highway connecting Future City with Machilipatnam Port. The Chief Minister said approvals have been received for airports at Warangal and Adilabad and highlighted proposed high-speed rail connectivity between Shamshabad and Chennai, Pune and Bengaluru.
Speaking about future employment, Revanth Reddy said Artificial Intelligence is transforming the global job market, prompting the state to focus heavily on skill development. He highlighted the Young India Skills University, established through public-private partnership, to equip youth with industry-relevant skills.
The Chief Minister added that the conversion of ITIs into Advanced Training Centres has resulted in nearly 100% placement for trained candidates. He further noted that nearly 200 Global Capability Centres are planning investments in Hyderabad and referred to major data centre investments announced by Amazon and the Adani Group.
CII Northern Region Chairman Puneet Kaura praised Telangana’s industrial policies, government support and infrastructure, stating that these factors influenced the delegation’s decision to hold its meeting in Hyderabad and study the state’s investment ecosystem.
