తెలంగాణ ఆవిర్భావ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా సికింద్రాబాద్ పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్స్లో నిర్వహించిన అధికారిక వేడుకల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి కీలక ప్రసంగం చేశారు. దశాబ్దాల తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమ పోరాటాలు, అమరవీరుల త్యాగాలను స్మరించుకుంటూ రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ పునరంకితం కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
భద్రతా దళాల కవాతు, పోలీసుల గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించిన అనంతరం మాట్లాడిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర నిర్మాణానికి కృషి చేసిన అమరవీరులు, ఉద్యమకారులకు నివాళులు అర్పించారు. తెలంగాణ ఆవిర్భావాన్ని సాధ్యం చేసిన మాజీ ప్రధాని డాక్టర్ మన్మోహన్ సింగ్, యూపీఏ చైర్పర్సన్ సోనియా గాంధీలకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు.
డిసెంబర్ 2023లో బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించినప్పటి నుంచి రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి, పేదరిక నిర్మూలనే లక్ష్యంగా ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. రైతు సంక్షేమం కోసం రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు పంట రుణమాఫీ అమలు చేయడంతో పాటు వ్యవసాయ రంగానికి భారీగా నిధులు కేటాయించినట్లు వివరించారు.
మహాలక్ష్మి పథకం కింద మహిళలకు ఉచిత బస్సు ప్రయాణం, రూ.500కే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్, గృహజ్యోతి ద్వారా 200 యూనిట్ల ఉచిత విద్యుత్ వంటి సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రస్తావించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో లక్షలాది కుటుంబాలు ఈ పథకాల ద్వారా లబ్ధి పొందుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు.
యువతకు ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనలో భాగంగా తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ సంస్కరణలు చేపట్టి 67,763 ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. విద్యా రంగంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల బలోపేతం, ప్రీ-ప్రైమరీ తరగతుల విస్తరణ, విద్యార్థులకు అల్పాహార పథకం అమలు వంటి చర్యలను వివరించారు.
ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పథకం కింద లక్షలాది పేద కుటుంబాలకు గృహాల నిర్మాణం కొనసాగుతోందని తెలిపారు. కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డుల జారీ, సామాజిక భద్రతా కార్యక్రమాలు, గిగ్ వర్కర్ల కోసం ప్రత్యేక చట్టం తీసుకొచ్చిన విషయాన్ని గుర్తు చేశారు.
హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి, మెట్రో విస్తరణ, చెరువుల పరిరక్షణ, మూసీ ప్రక్షాళన, ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ నిర్మాణం వంటి ప్రధాన మౌలిక వసతుల ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిందన్నారు. తెలంగాణను ప్రపంచ స్థాయి పెట్టుబడి, సేవల కేంద్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు ప్రత్యేక ప్రణాళికలు అమలు చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్-2047 దార్శనిక పత్రం ద్వారా 2034 నాటికి ఒక ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా, 2047 నాటికి మూడు ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా రాష్ట్రాన్ని తీర్చిదిద్దడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రజల సహకారంతో ఈ లక్ష్యాలను సాధిస్తామనే విశ్వాసాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy called upon citizens to rededicate themselves to the state’s development while remembering the sacrifices of Telangana martyrs during the State Formation Day celebrations held at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad.
After receiving the ceremonial salute from security forces and police personnel, the Chief Minister paid tribute to those who fought for the creation of Telangana. He also expressed gratitude to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and former UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi for their role in the formation of the state.
Addressing the gathering, Revanth Reddy said the government has been working with a focus on poverty eradication and overall development since assuming office in December 2023. He highlighted the implementation of crop loan waivers up to Rs. 2 lakh and substantial investments in the agriculture sector.
The Chief Minister outlined key welfare initiatives including free bus travel for women under the Mahalakshmi Scheme, LPG cylinders at Rs. 500, and free electricity up to 200 units under the Gruha Jyothi programme. He said these schemes have benefited millions of households across Telangana.
On employment generation, he stated that reforms in the Telangana Public Service Commission enabled the recruitment of 67,763 government employees. He also emphasized improvements in public education, including expansion of pre-primary classes, school infrastructure, and plans to introduce breakfast schemes in government educational institutions.
Revanth Reddy highlighted the Indiramma Housing Scheme, distribution of new ration cards, welfare programmes for weaker sections, and a new law aimed at providing protection to gig workers.
The Chief Minister also detailed major infrastructure initiatives such as Hyderabad Metro expansion, Musi River rejuvenation, lake restoration projects, Future City development, and urban modernization efforts around Hyderabad.
Presenting the Telangana Rising-2047 vision document, he said the government aims to transform Telangana into a USD 1 trillion economy by 2034 and a USD 3 trillion economy by 2047. He expressed confidence that public support would help achieve these ambitious development goals.
