రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా షాబాద్ మండలంలోని సీతారాంపూర్‌లో ప్రీమియర్ ఎనర్జీస్ సంస్థ ఏర్పాటు చేసిన అత్యాధునిక సౌర మాడ్యూల్ తయారీ కేంద్రాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు తెలంగాణలో పునరుత్పాదక ఇంధన రంగ అభివృద్ధికి మరో కీలక మైలురాయిగా నిలవనుంది.

అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతికతతో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ఈ తయారీ కేంద్రంలో అధిక సామర్థ్యం కలిగిన టాప్‌కాన్ (TOPCon) సౌర మాడ్యూల్‌లను తయారు చేయనున్నారు. ఈ యూనిట్ ప్రారంభంతో ప్రీమియర్ ఎనర్జీస్ సంస్థ మొత్తం సౌర మాడ్యూల్ తయారీ సామర్థ్యం మరింత పెరిగింది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా స్థానిక ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు పెరగడంతో పాటు తెలంగాణను దేశంలో కీలక సౌర తయారీ కేంద్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దే దిశగా అడుగులు పడుతున్నాయి.

కార్యక్రమంలో పరిశ్రమ ప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వ ఉన్నతాధికారులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు. పరిశుభ్రమైన ఇంధన ఉత్పత్తి, పెట్టుబడుల ఆకర్షణ, పారిశ్రామికాభివృద్ధిలో ఇటువంటి ప్రాజెక్టులు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
