హైదరాబాద్ మల్కాజిగిరిలో ఎండీఎంఏ డ్రగ్స్ విక్రయిస్తున్నారన్న ఆరోపణలపై స్పెషల్ ఆపరేషన్స్ టీమ్ మల్కాజిగిరి, మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీసులు సంయుక్తంగా చర్యలు చేపట్టారు. మల్కాజిగిరి రైల్వే స్టేషన్ సమీపంలో నిర్వహించిన ఆపరేషన్లో ఇద్దరు నిందితులను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
ఈ ఆపరేషన్లో మొత్తం 23 గ్రాముల ఎండీఎంఏను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నట్లు మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీసులు వెల్లడించారు. అలాగే రెండు మొబైల్ ఫోన్లు, రూ.5,600 నగదును స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్న మొత్తం ఆస్తి విలువ రూ.2.76 లక్షలుగా పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
డ్రగ్స్ సరఫరా వ్యవస్థలను అడ్డుకోవడంపై ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి సారించినట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు. మాదకద్రవ్యాల అక్రమ రవాణా, విక్రయాలకు పాల్పడే వారిపై చట్ట ప్రకారం కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
మల్కాజిగిరి ప్రాంతంలో డ్రగ్స్ నియంత్రణకు ప్రత్యేక చర్యలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని పోలీసులు పేర్కొన్నారు. యువత మాదకద్రవ్యాలకు దూరంగా ఉండాలని, డ్రగ్స్ సంబంధిత సమాచారం ఉంటే పోలీసులకు తెలియజేయాలని సూచించారు.

The Special Operations Team (SOT) Malkajgiri, along with Malkajgiri Police, has busted an alleged MDMA drug-peddling operation near Malkajgiri Railway Station in Hyderabad and apprehended two accused persons.
According to the Malkajgiri Police, the operation resulted in the seizure of 23 grams of MDMA. Police also seized two mobile phones and Rs 5,600 in cash from the accused.
The total value of the seized property was estimated at Rs 2.76 lakh, according to the police.
The operation was carried out as part of efforts to disrupt drug supply chains in the Malkajgiri area. Police said strict legal action would be taken against those involved in the illegal possession, supply or sale of narcotic substances.
Malkajgiri Police said efforts to curb drug-related activities would continue and reiterated its commitment to public safety.
The police have also urged people, particularly young people, to stay away from drugs and report information relating to illegal drug activities to the authorities.
