Malkajgiri CP B. Sumathi Reviews Crime Situation, Pending Cases and Policing Performance

మల్కాజిగిరి: మల్కాజిగిరి కమిషనరేట్‌లో సీపీ బి. సుమతి, IPS నెలవారీ క్రైమ్ రివ్యూ సమావేశానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించారు. కమిషనరేట్ పరిధిలోని మొత్తం నేర పరిస్థితి, దర్యాప్తు పురోగతి, పెండింగ్ కేసులు, పోలీసింగ్ పనితీరుపై ఆమె సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సమీక్షలో క్రైమ్ డిటెక్షన్, దర్యాప్తు నాణ్యత, కేసులలో శిక్షలు పడే అంశాలు, సైబర్ క్రైమ్, CCTV నిఘా, ముందస్తు పోలీసింగ్, ప్రజా ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కారం వంటి అంశాలపై ప్రధానంగా చర్చించారు.
పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న కేసులను అధికారులు నిశితంగా పర్యవేక్షించాలని సీపీ బి. సుమతి ఆదేశించారు. ఫీల్డ్ స్థాయిలో పోలీసింగ్‌ను మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడంతో పాటు, ప్రజల భద్రత, రక్షణ కోసం సకాలంలో సమర్థవంతమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
నేరాల నియంత్రణతో పాటు దర్యాప్తు నాణ్యత, సైబర్ నేరాలపై చర్యలు, CCTV నిఘా వ్యవస్థ, ప్రజా ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కారంపై నిరంతర దృష్టి సారించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
“Review. Analyse. Act. Strengthen Public Safety.” అనే విధానంతో ప్రజా భద్రతను మరింత బలోపేతం చేసే దిశగా అధికారులు పనిచేయాలని సమావేశంలో స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Malkajgiri CP B. Sumathi Reviews Crime Situation, Pending Cases and Policing Performance
MALKAJGIRI: Malkajgiri Commissioner of Police B. Sumathi, IPS, chaired the Monthly Crime Review Meeting and reviewed the overall crime situation, investigation progress, pending cases and policing performance across the Commissionerate.
The review focused on crime detection, quality of investigation, conviction-related matters, cybercrime, CCTV surveillance, preventive policing and public grievance redressal.
CP B. Sumathi directed officers to closely monitor pending cases and strengthen field-level policing. She stressed the need to ensure timely and effective action for the safety and security of citizens.
Officers were also directed to maintain continuous focus on crime prevention, investigation quality, cybercrime-related issues, CCTV surveillance and timely resolution of public grievances.
The meeting emphasised the approach:
“Review. Analyse. Act. Strengthen Public Safety.”
The focus was on strengthening policing measures and ensuring effective action for public safety across the Malkajgiri Commissionerate.
