కొన్ని రోజుల క్రితం అదృశ్యమైన జ్ఞానేశ్వరి కోసం పోలీసులు విస్తృత స్థాయిలో గాలింపు చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నారు. చిన్నారి బయటకు వెళ్లిన సమయంలో ఆమెతో పాటు వెళ్లిన పెంపుడు కుక్క మూడు రోజుల తర్వాత ఇంటికి తిరిగి రావడం దర్యాప్తులో కీలక అంశంగా మారింది.

చిన్నారి ఆచూకీ లభించే అవకాశముందనే ఉద్దేశంతో పోలీసులు ఆ కుక్క మెడకు జీపీఎస్ ట్రాకర్ అమర్చి అడవి ప్రాంతంలో విడిచిపెట్టారు. కుక్క సుమారు 80 నిమిషాల్లో 8 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర సంచరించినట్లు అధికారులు గుర్తించారు. అయితే అది పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో తిరిగి చివరకు ఇంటికే చేరుకుంది.

దర్యాప్తు బృందం మరోసారి కుక్కను వినియోగించి గాలింపు చేపట్టాలని ప్రయత్నించినప్పటికీ ఆశించిన ఫలితాలు రాలేదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కుక్క ఆహారం తీసుకోకపోవడంతో ఒక్కసారిగా కుప్పకూలి మృతిచెందినట్లు సమాచారం.

కీలక ఆధారంగా భావించిన కుక్క మృతితో పోలీసుల దర్యాప్తుకు ఎదురుదెబ్బ తగిలింది. కుక్క మృతి సహజమా లేదా ఇతర కారణాలున్నాయా అనే కోణంలో కూడా అధికారులు పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు.

The investigation into the disappearance of two-year-old Gnaneshwari in Tuni of Kakinada district has taken a significant turn after the family’s pet dog, considered a key lead in the case, died unexpectedly.

Police have been conducting extensive search operations since the child went missing. Investigators attached importance to the pet dog because it had reportedly accompanied the child when she was last seen and returned home three days later.

In an effort to trace possible routes linked to the missing child, police fitted the dog with a GPS tracker and released it into nearby forest areas. Officials found that the animal travelled nearly eight kilometres in about 80 minutes before eventually returning home.

Investigators attempted to use the dog again during subsequent search operations. However, the effort did not yield any major breakthrough in locating the missing child.

According to available information, the dog stopped consuming food and suddenly collapsed before dying. The development has deprived investigators of what was considered an important lead in the case.
