హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో ఎల్‌నినో ప్రభావంతో ఏర్పడుతున్న పరిస్థితిని ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జయేష్‌ రంజన్‌ సమీక్షించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో కరువు పరిస్థితులపై సమగ్ర అంచనా నివేదికను అక్టోబర్‌ చివరి నాటికి సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
జూన్‌ నుంచి సెప్టెంబర్‌ వరకు కొనసాగిన నైరుతి రుతుపవన కాలంలో నమోదైన వర్షపాతం పరిస్థితితో పాటు 12 కీలక అంశాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని నివేదికను రూపొందించనున్నారు.
ప్లానింగ్‌, రెవెన్యూ, భూగర్భ జలాలు, వ్యవసాయం, పంచాయతీరాజ్‌, గ్రామీణ తాగునీటి సరఫరా తదితర శాఖల నుంచి వివరాలను సేకరించి సమగ్ర నివేదిక సిద్ధం చేయాలని సూచించారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ఎల్‌నినో ప్రభావంపై ప్రతిపాదిత అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశానికి ఈ సమగ్ర కరువు అంచనా నివేదిక ప్రాతిపదికగా ఉపయోగపడనుంది.

Hyderabad: Chief Secretary Shri Jaish Ranjan reviewed the situation arising from the impact of El Niño in Telangana and directed officials to prepare a comprehensive drought assessment report by the end of October.
The assessment will consider rainfall during the June–September monsoon season along with 12 key parameters to determine the overall situation in the State.
Inputs will be collected from the Planning, Revenue, Groundwater, Agriculture, Panchayat Raj and Rural Drinking Water Supply departments, among others, for preparing the comprehensive report.
The report is also expected to form the basis for the proposed all-party meeting on the impact of El Niño in Telangana.
