ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాల్లో అదనపు ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని సీఎం అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. కొనుగోలు ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేయడంతో పాటు కల్లాల్లో నిల్వ ఉంచిన ధాన్యం తడవకుండా తగిన టార్పాలిన్లు సిద్ధంగా ఉంచాలని పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఇప్పటికే కొనుగోళ్లు పూర్తైన కేంద్రాల నుంచి టార్పాలిన్లను ఇతర అవసరమైన ప్రాంతాలకు తరలించాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. వర్షాల కారణంగా రైతులు ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న నేపథ్యంలో ఎలాంటి నిర్లక్ష్యం లేకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

భారీ ఈదురుగాలులు వీచే అవకాశం ఉందని వాతావరణ కేంద్రం హెచ్చరించిన నేపథ్యంలో ప్రజలు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో స్థానిక అధికారుల సూచనలు పాటించాలని సూచించారు.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy alerted officials to remain vigilant following the Orange Alert issued by the Meteorological Department for several districts in the state.

In view of continuing unseasonal rains and strong wind warnings, the Chief Minister directed authorities to closely monitor the weather situation and take precautionary measures to protect paddy stocks at procurement centres.

Revanth Reddy instructed officials to make additional arrangements at procurement yards and expedite grain procurement operations. He emphasized that adequate tarpaulins should be kept ready to prevent paddy stored in open areas from getting wet during rainfall.

Officials were also directed to shift tarpaulins from procurement centres where operations have already been completed to locations facing shortages. The government is focusing on minimizing losses to farmers amid unstable weather conditions across Telangana.

The Chief Minister also appealed to the public to remain cautious following warnings of strong gusty winds issued by weather authorities. Citizens were advised to follow official instructions during adverse weather conditions.
