తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తన జన్మదినం, దీపావళి పర్వదినాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని కొడంగల్ నియోజకవర్గంలోని పర్సాపూర్ గ్రామంలో నిరాడంబరంగా వేడుకలు జరుపుకున్నారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇంట్లో దీపావళి కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని లబ్ధిదారుల కుటుంబంతో ఆనందాన్ని పంచుకున్నారు.

కొడంగల్ మండలం పర్సాపూర్ గ్రామానికి చెందిన గోరిపల్లి సుమిత్ర, శ్రీనివాస్ దంపతులు నూతనంగా నిర్మించుకున్న ఇందిరమ్మ ఇంటిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా దంపతులకు నూతన వస్త్రాలను బహూకరించి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు.

అనంతరం అదే ఇంట్లో సన్నబియ్యంతో వండిన భోజనాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్వీకరించారు. శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ గడ్డం ప్రసాద్ కుమార్, మంత్రులు దామోదర రాజనర్సింహ, జూపల్లి కృష్ణారావు, ధనసరి అనసూయ సీతక్క, ఎంపీ వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కూడా ఈ భోజన కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

భోజనం అనంతరం గ్రామానికి చెందిన పిల్లలు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చుట్టూ చేరి టపాసులు కాల్చారు. వారితో కలిసి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి దీపావళి సంబరాల్లో పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పిల్లలందరికీ పెన్నులను బహూకరించారు.

ఇందిరమ్మ ఇల్లు ప్రారంభోత్సవం, లబ్ధిదారుల కుటుంబంతో కలిసి భోజనం చేయడం, పిల్లలతో దీపావళి వేడుకల్లో పాల్గొనడం ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచాయి.

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy celebrated Diwali in a special way at an Indiramma house in Parsapur village of Kodangal mandal, marking both the festival of lights and his birthday.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed Indiramma house of Goripalli Sumitra and Srinivas in Parsapur village. On the occasion, he presented new clothes to the couple and extended his wishes.

Revanth Reddy subsequently had a meal prepared with fine rice at the couple’s residence. Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, ministers Damodar Rajanarsimha, Jupally Krishna Rao and Danasari Anasuya Seethakka, MP Vem Narender Reddy and several MLAs also joined the meal.

Later, children gathered around the Chief Minister and celebrated Diwali by bursting firecrackers. Revanth Reddy joined the children in the festivities and distributed pens to them.

The inauguration of the Indiramma house and the Chief Minister’s interaction with the beneficiary family and village children highlighted the celebrations in Kodangal.
