హైదరాబాద్‌లోని డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో వ్యవసాయం, ఇంధనం, వైద్య ఆరోగ్యం, పంచాయతీరాజ్, మున్సిపల్ శాఖలకు చెందిన ఉన్నతాధికారులతో భట్టి విక్రమార్క సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ సబ్ ప్లాన్ నిధుల వినియోగం, సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలు, మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధిపై చర్చించారు.
వ్యవసాయ పథకాలపై డిజిటల్ పర్యవేక్షణ
వ్యవసాయ పథకాల ద్వారా అర్హులైన లబ్ధిదారులకు అందుతున్న ప్రయోజనాలను డిజిటల్ విధానంలో పర్యవేక్షించాలని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు. పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు అర్హులకు సక్రమంగా చేరేలా సంబంధిత శాఖలు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
అర్హులకు గృహ స్థలాలు, కమ్యూనిటీ హాళ్లు
ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ కుటుంబాలకు గృహ స్థలాల కేటాయింపుపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని భట్టి విక్రమార్క ఆదేశించారు. నియోజకవర్గాల్లో కమ్యూనిటీ హాళ్లు, శ్మశాన వాటికల నిర్మాణం వంటి మౌలిక సదుపాయాలకు అధిక ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు.
విద్యుత్, వైద్య సేవల మెరుగుదల
ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ ఆవాసాల్లో విద్యుత్ వ్యవస్థను మెరుగుపరచాలని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. గిరిజన ప్రాంతాల్లో మొబైల్ వైద్య యూనిట్ల ద్వారా మెరుగైన వైద్య సేవలు అందించేందుకు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమాలను సమర్థవంతంగా అమలు చేసేందుకు వ్యవసాయం, ఇంధనం, వైద్య ఆరోగ్యం, పంచాయతీరాజ్, మున్సిపల్ శాఖలు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని భట్టి విక్రమార్క దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has stressed the need for transparent utilisation of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) Sub-Plan funds, directing officials to ensure that welfare benefits reach every eligible poor family without delay.
At a review meeting at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat in Hyderabad, Bhatti Vikramarka reviewed the utilisation of SC/ST Sub-Plan funds and the implementation of welfare measures across the Agriculture, Energy, Health, Panchayat Raj and Municipal Administration departments.
He emphasised that the economic and social advancement of SC and ST communities remains a key objective of the government. Officials were directed to ensure transparency and coordinate across departments to improve the delivery of welfare benefits.
Digital Monitoring of Agricultural Schemes
The Deputy Chief Minister called for digital monitoring of agricultural schemes to track whether benefits were reaching eligible beneficiaries. He stressed the importance of effective implementation and coordination among the departments concerned.
House Sites and Community Infrastructure
Bhatti Vikramarka directed officials to prioritise the allocation of house sites to eligible SC and ST families. He also emphasised the construction of community halls and cremation grounds in constituencies to improve essential infrastructure.
Better Electricity and Healthcare Services
The Deputy Chief Minister called for improvements to electricity infrastructure in SC/ST habitations. He also directed officials to take steps to strengthen healthcare delivery in tribal areas through mobile medical units.
He urged the Agriculture, Energy, Health, Panchayat Raj and Municipal Administration departments to coordinate their efforts to ensure effective implementation of welfare programmes and better access to essential services.
