నటిమణి మంచు లక్ష్మి హైదరాబాదులోని ఈడీ కార్యాలయంలో హాజరై, నిషేధిత బెట్టింగ్ యాప్ల ప్రచారం కేసులో సుమారు మూడు గంటలపాటు విచారణకు గురయ్యారు. Actress Manchu Lakshmi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Hyderabad and was questioned for nearly three hours in connection with a case related to promoting banned betting apps.
విచారణలో భాగంగా, మంచు లక్ష్మి ప్రమోట్ చేసిన ‘యోలో’ యాప్ లావాదేవీలు, తీసుకున్న పారితోషికం, అలాగే సంబంధిత ఇతర అంశాలపై ఈడీ వివరాలు సేకరించింది. ఆమె బ్యాంక్ స్టేట్మెంట్లను కూడా రికార్డ్లోకి తీసుకుంది. As part of the questioning, ED officials examined financial transactions linked to the ‘Yolo’ app promoted by Lakshmi, the remuneration she received, and collected her bank statements.
ఈ కేసులో ఇప్పటికే విజయ్ దేవరకొండ, ప్రకాశ్ రాజ్, రానా దగ్గుబాటి వంటి పలువురు సినీ ప్రముఖులను ఈడీ విచారించింది. Earlier, ED had questioned several film personalities including Vijay Deverakonda, Prakash Raj, and Rana Daggubati.
BRS leader and MLC Kadiyam Srihari alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was misleading the public with false claims about the Dummugudem project. Speaking to the media in Hanamkonda, he said the CM was twisting facts about irrigation projects for political advantage.
Srihari stated that delays in the Dummugudem project were due to central government clearances and inter-state disputes, not negligence by the previous BRS government. He accused Revanth Reddy of spreading confusion among the people with baseless statements.
He further said the people of Telangana are well aware of the BRS government’s efforts to safeguard the state’s irrigation interests and alleged that the Congress government is more focused on political blame games than addressing real irrigation issues.
