According to the information provided, personnel from the 1st Battalion of Telangana Special Police’s State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) were travelling to the 10th Battalion NDRF in Vijayawada to participate in a CBRN Regional Competition when they noticed a civilian who had been hit by a car.
The injured person was identified as Sai Teja, a resident of Warangal working as an intern in Tukkuguda.
The SDRF personnel immediately provided first aid, arranged an ambulance to transport him to the hospital and informed his family about the incident.
The team’s quick response helped ensure that Sai Teja received immediate medical attention. The incident highlights the importance of prompt assistance to accident victims, including when emergency responders encounter an incident while travelling to another assignment.
