హైదరాబాద్: అక్టోబర్‌ 21న నిర్వహించనున్న పోలీసు అమరవీరుల దినోత్సవం నేపథ్యంలో డీజీపీ సీవీ ఆనంద్‌, ఐపీఎస్‌ గోషామహల్‌ స్టేడియాన్ని సందర్శించారు. అక్కడ కొత్తగా నిర్మించిన అమరవీరుల స్మారకాన్ని పరిశీలించారు.
స్టేడియంలో కొనసాగుతున్న వివిధ అభివృద్ధి పనులను డీజీపీ సమీక్షించారు. 48 గుర్రాల కోసం నిర్మిస్తున్న కొత్త హార్స్‌ స్టేబుల్‌ కాంప్లెక్స్‌, డాగ్‌ కెన్నెల్స్‌, ఐదు అంతస్తుల కార్‌ భవనం, క్రీడలు, గేమ్స్‌, అథ్లెటిక్స్‌ సౌకర్యాల పనుల పురోగతిని పరిశీలించారు.
కొన్ని పనులు నిర్ణీత షెడ్యూల్‌ కంటే గణనీయంగా వెనుకబడి ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించిన డీజీపీ, సంబంధిత అధికారులను పనులను వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. పనులను ప్రాధాన్యంతో చేపట్టి నిర్ణీత సమయంలో పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
అభివృద్ధి పనులకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇచ్చి వేగంగా పూర్తి చేస్తే వచ్చే అక్టోబర్‌ నాటికి మొత్తం స్టేడియం సముదాయం పూర్తి స్థాయిలో సిద్ధమవుతుందని డీజీపీ సీవీ ఆనంద్‌ విశ్వాసం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

Hyderabad: Telangana DGP CV Anand, IPS, visited Goshamahal Stadium ahead of Police Martyrs’ Day on October 21 and inspected the newly constructed Martyrs’ Memorial.
The DGP also reviewed several ongoing development works at the stadium, including the new horse stable complex for 48 horses, dog kennels, the five-storeyed CAR building, and facilities for sports, games and athletics.
During the inspection, Anand noted that several works were significantly behind schedule. He directed the officials concerned to expedite the works and ensure their timely completion.
The DGP expressed confidence that, with the projects being taken up on priority and completed at a faster pace, the entire stadium complex would be in full shape by next October
