శామీర్పేట్, మేడ్చల్-మల్కాజ్గిరి: రానున్న గణేష్ విగ్రహాల నిమజ్జనం నేపథ్యంలో శామీర్పేట్ చేరువులోవద్ద అధికారులు ఏర్పాట్లను పరిశీలించారు. మల్కాజ్గిరి డీసీపీ శ్రీధర్, ఐపీఎస్, జోనల్ కమిషనర్ సంచిత్ గంగ్వార్, ఐఏఎస్, ట్రాఫిక్ డీసీపీ కే. రాహుల్ రెడ్డి, ఐపీఎస్, గణేష్ ఉత్సవ సమితి సభ్యులతో కలిసి సరస్సు పరిసరాలను పరిశీలించారు.
నిమజ్జనం సందర్భంగా భారీగా భక్తులు తరలివచ్చే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున రద్దీ నియంత్రణపై అధికారులు ప్రత్యేకంగా సమీక్షించారు. ప్రజలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా సమన్వయంతో ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని సంబంధిత బృందాలకు సూచించారు.
నిర్దేశిత పార్కింగ్ ప్రాంతాలను సమర్థంగా వినియోగించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, ప్రవేశం మరియు నిష్క్రమణ మార్గాల వద్ద క్రమబద్ధమైన బారికేడింగ్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ట్రాఫిక్ నియంత్రణకు అవసరమైన చర్యలు చేపట్టడంతో పాటు ప్రజలకు అవసరమైన సౌకర్యాలు అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చూడాలని సూచించారు. పోలీసు బందోబస్తు, ట్రాఫిక్ నిర్వహణ, పార్కింగ్, బారికేడింగ్, ప్రజా సౌకర్యాల ఏర్పాట్లను సమన్వయంతో నిర్వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
గణేష్ నిమజ్జనం సురక్షితంగా, సజావుగా, ప్రశాంతంగా జరిగేలా సంబంధిత విభాగాలు ముందస్తు ప్రణాళికతో పనిచేయాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.

Shameerpet, Medchal-Malkajgiri: Ahead of the upcoming Ganesh idol immersion, officials inspected Shameerpet Lake and reviewed the arrangements being made for the event. DCP Traffic K. Rahul Reddy, IPS, DCP Malkajgiri Ch. Sridhar, IPS, and Zonal Commissioner Sanchit Gangwar, IAS, inspected the lake along with members of the Ganesh Utsav Samithi.
The officials reviewed crowd management measures in view of the expected movement of devotees and directed the concerned teams to coordinate effectively to avoid inconvenience to the public.
They stressed the proper utilisation of designated parking areas and instructed the teams to ensure systematic barricading at entry and exit points.
The officials also reviewed the traffic regulation measures required around the immersion venue. Necessary public convenience facilities were also discussed as part of the arrangements.
Police bandobust, traffic management, parking arrangements, barricading and public facilities are being planned in coordination to ensure the smooth movement of devotees and vehicles.
The officials directed the concerned teams to maintain proper coordination and ensure that the Ganesh immersion is conducted safely, smoothly and peacefully.
