డేటా స్టోరేజ్, కంటెంట్ మేనేజ్మెంట్పై కాన్స్టర్ సొల్యూషన్స్ దృష్టి పెట్టడం ప్రోత్సాహకరంగా ఉందని కేటీఆర్ అన్నారు. కంటెంట్ సృష్టి, వినియోగం భారీగా పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో డిజిటల్ కంటెంట్ను నిల్వ చేయడం, నిర్వహించడం, పంపిణీ చేయడం మరింత కీలకంగా మారుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
టియర్-2, టియర్-3 నగరాల్లో అవకాశాలను సృష్టించడంపై కాన్స్టర్ సొల్యూషన్స్ చూపుతున్న దృష్టిని కేటీఆర్ అభినందించారు. చిన్న పట్టణాల్లో ప్రతిభ, పట్టుదలతో పాటు అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకోవాలనే ఆసక్తి ఉన్న యువత పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ఉన్నారని అన్నారు.
యువత ఉద్యోగాల కోసం హైదరాబాద్కు రావాల్సిన పరిస్థితి లేకుండా కంపెనీలే ప్రతిభ ఉన్న చిన్న నగరాలు, పట్టణాలకు ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను తీసుకెళ్లాలని కేటీఆర్ సూచించారు. చిన్న నగరాల్లోని ప్రతిభను గుర్తించి అవకాశాలు కల్పించడం ద్వారా కంపెనీలు వేగంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందవచ్చని అన్నారు.

Hyderabad: BRS Working President and former IT Minister K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) inaugurated the new office of Constor Solutions at Phoenix Primia in Hyderabad’s Financial District on Friday. The company’s senior management briefed KTR on its operations, expansion plans and future goals.
KTR said the future holds a golden era for the data, artificial intelligence (AI) and content sectors. He noted that the rapid transformation taking place globally is increasing the importance of data, data centres, servers, AI and content.
He welcomed Constor Solutions’ focus on data storage and content management. With content creation and consumption growing rapidly, he said storing, managing and distributing digital content had become increasingly important.
KTR particularly appreciated the company’s focus on creating opportunities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. He said young people in smaller towns possess considerable talent, determination and a strong appetite for opportunities.
He suggested that companies should take employment opportunities to talent in smaller cities rather than requiring young people to move to Hyderabad. Identifying talent in smaller cities, towns and villages and providing them with opportunities could help companies expand rapidly, he said.
