English: Nagole POCSO Case: Accused Gets 3 Years Jail, ₹50,000 Victim Compensation
చిన్నారిపై నేరానికి పాల్పడిన కేసులో నాగోల్కు చెందిన నిందితుడు ఉప్పు రాకేష్కు ఎల్బీ నగర్ ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ స్పెషల్ కోర్టు మూడేళ్ల జైలు శిక్ష విధించింది. నిందితుడికి రూ.3,000 జరిమానాతో పాటు బాధితురాలికి రూ.50,000 పరిహారం చెల్లించాలని కోర్టు ఆదేశించింది.
నాగోల్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో నమోదైన POCSO కేసులో నిందితుడు ఉప్పు రాకేష్ను ఎల్బీ నగర్ ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ స్పెషల్ జడ్జి దోషిగా నిర్ధారించారు. కేసు విచారణ అనంతరం కోర్టు మూడేళ్ల జైలు శిక్ష విధించింది.
అదనంగా రూ.3,000 జరిమానా చెల్లించాలని ఆదేశించింది. బాధితురాలికి రూ.50,000 పరిహారం అందించాలని కూడా కోర్టు ఆదేశించినట్లు మల్కాజ్గిరి పోలీసులు వెల్లడించారు.
చిన్నారులపై నేరాలకు పాల్పడే వారికి చట్టపరంగా శిక్ష తప్పదని పోలీసులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. బాలల రక్షణకు సంబంధించి POCSO చట్టం కింద నమోదయ్యే కేసుల్లో దర్యాప్తు, విచారణ ప్రక్రియను ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడంలో పోలీసుల చర్యలు కొనసాగుతాయని తెలిపారు.
బాలలపై నేరాలను అరికట్టడంతో పాటు బాధితులకు న్యాయం జరిగేలా మల్కాజ్గిరి పోలీసులు పనిచేస్తున్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు. చిన్నారుల భద్రతకు కుటుంబాలు, సమాజం అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సూచించారు.
In a POCSO case registered at Nagole Police Station, the Fast Track Special Court at L.B. Nagar convicted accused Uppu Rakesh and sentenced him to three years of imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of ₹3,000 and ordered ₹50,000 compensation for the victim.
The case was registered by Nagole Police Station under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Following the trial, the L.B. Nagar Fast Track Special Court found Uppu Rakesh guilty and awarded the sentence.
The court additionally imposed a fine of ₹3,000 and directed that ₹50,000 be provided as compensation to the victim, according to the police communication.
Malkajgiri Police reiterated that offenders in crimes against children would face legal action and punishment. The police also stressed their commitment to child safety and ensuring justice for victims.
The police urged the public to remain vigilant about child safety and to report incidents involving children to the authorities without delay.
