Mulugu 5th Battalion Welfare Review

వసతి, బదిలీలు, డ్యూటీ కేటాయింపులు, ఆరోగ్య పథకాలు, ఇతర సంక్షేమ అంశాలపై సిబ్బంది తమ అభిప్రాయాలను వెల్లడించారు. డ్యూటీ కేటాయింపులు, బదిలీల ప్రక్రియలో పారదర్శకతకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.
అప్పగించిన విధులను బాధ్యతాయుతంగా నిర్వహించడంతో పాటు అత్యవసర సమయాల్లో సిబ్బందిని వేగంగా సమీకరించడం, అవసరమైన ప్రాంతాలకు తక్షణమే మోహరించడం ద్వారా ఆపరేషనల్ సన్నద్ధతను కొనసాగించాలని సూచించారు.
మాదకద్రవ్యాలు, ఆన్లైన్ బెట్టింగ్ వంటి హానికరమైన కార్యకలాపాలకు సిబ్బంది దూరంగా ఉండాలని, తమ కుటుంబ సభ్యులను కూడా వాటి ప్రభావం నుంచి కాపాడాలని కోరారు. కొనసాగుతున్న మాదకద్రవ్యాల వ్యతిరేక కార్యక్రమానికి సిబ్బంది చురుకుగా సహకరించాలని సూచించారు.
సిబ్బంది, వారి కుటుంబాల సంక్షేమాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు Employee Health Schemeను త్వరలో అమలు చేయనున్నట్లు వివరించారు.
During a visit to the 5th Battalion near Mulugu, infrastructure, housing and other welfare-related matters were reviewed along with the ADG (Battalions), the Commandant and the battalion team. Personnel were also interacted with to understand their concerns regarding housing, transfers, duty allotments, health schemes and other welfare issues.
The importance of maintaining transparency in duty allotments and transfers was emphasised. Personnel were also urged to remain diligent in performing their assigned duties and ensure prompt mobilisation and deployment whenever required to maintain operational readiness.
The personnel were advised to stay away from drugs and online betting and to protect their families from the harmful effects of such practices. They were also encouraged to extend active support to the ongoing anti-narcotics drive.
The Employee Health Scheme, which is expected to be rolled out shortly, was also explained to the personnel as part of efforts to further strengthen the welfare of employees and their families.
