మల్కాజిగిరి పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయానికి రాహుల్‌ను ఆహ్వానించిన సీపీ సుమతి బడుగుల, ఆయనను తన అధికారిక కుర్చీలో కూర్చోబెట్టి పోలీస్ క్యాప్ ధరింపజేశారు. అనంతరం రాహుల్‌తో ఆప్యాయంగా మాట్లాడి అతని కలను నిజం చేశారు.
