IMD Forecasts Heavy Rain Across Telangana from July 26
జూలై 26 నుంచి తెలంగాణలో మోస్తరు నుంచి భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉందని భారత వాతావరణ శాఖ తెలిపింది. జూలై 31 వరకు పలు జిల్లాల్లో వర్షాలు కొనసాగనున్నాయి.

భారత వాతావరణ శాఖ (IMD) అంచనా ప్రకారం జూలై 26 నుంచి జూలై 31 వరకు తెలంగాణలోని ఉత్తర, పశ్చిమ, తూర్పు జిల్లాల్లో మోస్తరు నుంచి భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉంది. క్రియాశీల రుతుపవనాల ప్రభావంతో పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉరుములు, మెరుపులతో కూడిన వర్షాలు నమోదయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందని తెలిపింది.
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో కూడా ఈ కాలంలో స్థిరమైన వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశముందని వాతావరణ శాఖ పేర్కొంది. కొన్ని ప్రాంతాల్లో నీటి నిల్వలు, ట్రాఫిక్ అంతరాయాలు ఏర్పడే అవకాశం ఉండటంతో ప్రజలు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సూచించింది.
లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసించే ప్రజలు అవసరమైన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని, భారీ వర్షాల సమయంలో అనవసర ప్రయాణాలు నివారించాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు. స్థానిక అధికారుల హెచ్చరికలు, వాతావరణ శాఖ తాజా బులెటిన్లను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), moderate to heavy rainfall is likely over northern, western, and eastern Telangana from July 26 through July 31 due to active monsoon conditions. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are also expected in several places.
Hyderabad is also likely to receive steady showers during the period, with the possibility of waterlogging and traffic disruptions in some areas.
Residents, especially those living in low-lying areas, have been advised to remain cautious, avoid unnecessary travel during heavy rain, and follow official weather advisories and local administration updates.
